Bio

You want to know about me, huh? Well, I am a type 0 super luminous star as classified by the Yerkes Spectral classification system. Now, I know it seems impossible that a star can type on a computer but I don't care about that. I've been roleplaying for roughly four years now. I tend to stick to my fantasy, sci-fi, and anime roleplays but have been known to go beyond that. I am comfortable playing both male and female roles. I have no posting schedule but do tend to be more active in the afternoon and on weekdays. I live in Central Time Zone (UTC-06:00) for those who are wondering.

General Personality (description): Faith is not much one for ideal conversation but she takes as much part in it as possible. She is a generally nice girl with a bit of a temper problem. In the past, Faith use to cut herself but she has stopped leaving behind only a few scars on her arms that she tries to cover. Faith likes people who give stimulating and intelligent conversation. She will never curse but will try to hit something should she get angry. She is quick to make up her mind about people and few things change her mind once it is set. Faith gives everyone she meets a degree of trust which is hard to lose.
Interested. I might as well cast a die into this roleplay, never really seen a lot of successful Final Fantasy roleplays. I am willing to give this a chance.
"I... I am fine. Just a little worried that this kid here doesn't even have a pokemon yet! Don't people normally give those old enough to have their trainers license a starter anymore?" Jason said as he quickly changed the topic off himself. Jason eased the tension out of his body and took note of the daycare and how many pokemon there were in there. So many of them could be a good starter for the kid. "There are a lot of them in there kid. Let's hope you choose a good one. After all, this daycare is filled with pokemon and one of them has to be your soul partner." Jason told Rudy. Jason never really knew what it was like choosing his first pokemon, he just knew that Aron was his perfect friend.

Yet Jason still couldn't shake the feeling that he had let his friends down. He lost to those shadow pokemon too badly for him to even believe that they had forgiven him. Jason just wasn't sure that their bond was deep enough for them to trust him after allowing them such a loss. Although Jason's thoughts had turned dark, he still wore a mask of calmness to hide his pain.
Eh, I might as well get in this. It has been a while since I did a nation roleplay but it won't take me long to get back in the roll of things.
Hmmm, I guess I will cast my die with this.
Interesting design for this. I will create a character if this passes.
There will be a few maps with pre-made settings that will be used in tournaments and in a few sponsored gyms but outside those areas terrain will be randomly generated if the one who initiates the battle wants it to be as such. Mostly though I will tend to stick to the more preset map styles. As for terrain advantages and disadvantages, there will be a few which will effect how easy it is to defeat an opponent or how hard it will be. For example, I intend on having a hill map which will make it harder for melee decks to hit unless they move in close but allow ranged decks more opportunities to hit their opponent. This does not mean that we have to move across maps but I will offer info on the map before beginning a battle and the options you have to get a better chance at winning once it begins. Right now I am working on which stats go to the basic decks.
Side note: You characters can have two decks with them and switch out a damaged deck for their separate deck while the main regenerates

These above are what make up the portable version of V.I.C.E systems . The watch simply allows from a short pass of the opponent's watch to create a match. The headset allows the user to tap into the world created by the V.I.C.E so as to allow for complete control of their deck. Spectators may enter by using a their watch while it is set on spectator mode or can enter before a match beings if invited.
I will provide you with the basic info on the decks. There are five types of decks; melee decks, ranged decks, magic decks, mixed decks, and dual type decks. Each deck has a specific focus which gives them the upper hand again other decks. The set up goes that melee decks are weak against ranged decks, magic are weak against melee decks, and ranged decks are weak against magic decks. Mixed decks will hold the stat changes from one of the other three decks allowing them to lose a weakness but won't have the same powers as a basic level deck, these decks are the second most expensive and one of the rarest decks. Dual-type decks are expensive, rare, and very powerful. Dual-type decks get the best from both decks that consist it, like the Paladin deck. The paladin deck consists of a melee and magic deck with the magic part being healers and the melee part being of a heavy defense part. Unlike mixed decks, the dual-type decks allow for a weakness from both weaknesses of it's types. A paladin deck, for example, is weak against ranged and melee decks but have the full powers of both types of decks that make it up.

This is just the shell of the deck typing though. I may change some things so as to make it easier to understand the decks and more so for people to battle each other. As for the stats of the decks, I will go into detail for that in the OOC.
