Of all the possible things that could happen in society, Dimitri would not expect one of them to be a zombie apocalypse. He had seen all the old movies and played all the old games, but only because they were a fantasy. Boy was he so wrong. It has been a year since everything hit the fan. Dimitri was in a car headed down the small dirt road into a small country town. He knew small towns were the best places to search versus the bigger cities because everything might already be gone. With small towns they would have extras since they are the only store for miles. As he made it to the town square he heard the last thing he ever wanted to hear again. His car was breaking down....and he was headed right for the middle of an incoming horde. Damn this is not good...He thought to himself and signed. He knew no one was there but it was always good for him to remember how to do.

He pulled out his P90 and looked in the clip. He knew not to waist his bullets in a time like this. It would only make them get closer and more dangerous. He looked around to see a Tom Thumb across the street. This would be his lucky chance if he could make it. He knew he would be able to if he ran as fast as he could. He grabbed his back pack and pulled out his sword and ran as fast as he could towards the doors to safety.

That would work. They could have tried to barricade themselves in a super market to get some of the canned foods or other food that hasn't expired yet.

Nikko laughed as he took off heading towards the den to beat Artemis there. Kalina also took off at a running pace to try and beat them but she was so young that she had a bit of a hard time keeping up. Artemis ran towards them as well but was careful not to spill any of the mud she needed to fix their den.
