<Snipped quote by Deathsaurer>

"Ah the transtech and one of my spawn bearing my brothers name, I was expecting someone or something to come to this disturbance eventually. What took Father so long or is he still napping?"

Sunstorm was about to say something in outrage but Heinrad raised his hand to stop him.

"Maximo the Chronarchitect and Vector Prime sent me to investigate the phenomenon specifically-" Heinrad disappeared then returned "-Here"

"Yes time agent I'm very aware in fact you could say....I was counting on it hahahahahahahhaaha"

"You know..." Mused Megatron. "After following Primal around for so long I've often wondered the logic behind many of Primus' actions. They really don't seem to make a lot of sense. I mean here I am after all, revived as a direct result of something Primus did."

"Yes, it's almost as if Primus wanted you alive because you'd be forced to do stuff for him by circumstances beyond your control. It sounds almost devious."
<Snipped quote by Deathsaurer>

"Yes yes I was in the Universe war the Chaos bringer plucked me from oblivion and made me wear the mark of you thowbacks and for that alone he will suffer. And it matters little what I want Liege Maximo wants an Audience with you himself as fellow "Children of Primus" I presume. Take them."

The group was escorted down a long hallway leading to what Brainwave could only assume was Liege Maximo's throne room. This entire section of the ship presented a feeling of extravagance and foreboding. Most forced to take this walk were probably victims of unknown horrors. The fools that had angered the ancient Prime. Hopefully Lance had enough of a brain to not try to steal anything from this ship as the consequences could be catastrophic. The reached the room at the end of the all, it was filled by many statues of Liege Maximo. Tributes to his greatness no doubt. The lighting done by torches. Seemingly an odd thing considering how technologically unsophisticated they were. But the flames had an ethereal appearance no doubt to intimidate those brought before the Cybertronian Empire's supreme leader.

"Greetings Liege Maximo and thank you for granting my request."
"You'd never understand Predacon politics do I don't see any point wasting breath on you." Megatron angrily retorted. Brainwave quickly elbowed him to remind him to watch his tone.

"I'm not suggesting we should like each other Jhiaxus. I mean I can't say I particularly like anyone on this ragtag crew that's begun to form. Except maybe Rastun. He hasn't done anything irritating yet. But I realize sometimes you have to deal with those people to get the job done. And Unicron has clearly had a massive head start on us so what exactly is there to be gained fighting each other? When it's all over we can all happily go back to being enemies. But until then a truce is in our best interests. Surely Liege Maximo's great wisdom can acknowledge that. After all isn't that exactly what the Children of Primus did in the Universe War?"
<Snipped quote by Deathsaurer>

"Well well, a Transtech and a Megatron. Two things I would expect or welcome the least." Jhiaxus said in his command seat before the crew before him.

"Uhhh Waspinator is not with them!"

"Me neither they kidnapped me!" Lance shouted

"Be silent cowardly throwbacks, and I thought you humans evolved backbone at this stage of evolution. I guess I was mistaken"

"There is no point beating around the bush here Jhiaxus. Fact of the matter is Unicron's mad ambitions are a threat to all of us and it's in our best interests to work together rather than fight each other and needlessly waste resources regardless of past... disagreements. I realize Senator Prime and Commander Megatron may have left a sour taste in Liege Maximo's mouth but I don't find that important given the current situation. If they get mad at me for this action then so be it. I did what the situation called for to get the job done."
"I really hope that guy isn't connected to Sideways. That'd be such a headache we don't need right now."

"Well with the way our luck has been going I really wouldn't be surprised if he is." Added Megatron.

The group waited in silence as the Cybertronian Empire lackeys came to escort them.
"Man there are waaaaaaaay too many dudes in the multiverse named Rook. Say you're not going to turn into Sideways Headmaster are you?"
"A reminder for everyone to be on their best behavior. I cannot stress enough Liege Maximo is practically evil incarnate so you don't want to get on the guys bad side. I'm setting a course now."

An air of apprehension hung over the ship as they approached their destination. As they arrived at Mars Liege Maximo's flagship immediately locked on weapons.

"Attention Cybertronian Empire the Transcendent Technomorphs bid you greetings and request an audience with Liege Maximo to discuss a mutual threat."

And with that Brainwave waited for fate to decide the outcome.
"Well as big fans of Primus you guys may not like what I'm about to say but realistically if we want to help Nexus Prime we're going to need Liege Maximo's help. Unless another of the Thirteen or a wielder of the Prime Spark wants to show up out of thin air and bail us out..."

Everyone decided to stop and look around for a moment just in case.

"... Yeah that doesn't seem to be a thing that's happening today."

"Who were you expecting, Primal?" Chided Megatron.

Brainwave shrugged. "One can hope, right?"

"Both royalties united in battle once again, what a glorious thought!"

"Shut up Inferno!" The Transtech and Predacon both exclaimed simultaneously.
<Snipped quote by Deathsaurer>

"Would you like to know the word of Primus?"

Sunstorm went to Lance offering a Covenant of Primus.

"Uhhhh no thanks religion especially wierdo robot religions give me hives."

"How Megazarak managed to recruit you Waspinator will never know."

"Fret not my fellow Children of Primus for he is unworthy of our great lord's blessing." Megatron jumped into the conversation hoping to steer it away from a possible religious dispute.

Inferno scratched his head baffled at the turn this exchange had taken. "But Royalty I don't remember you being a Child of Primus."

Megatron simply glared at him. "What are you talking about Inferno? I went on a trip around the multiverse with Primal looking for allies."

Brianwave groaned at the brewing headache but decided to ignore it and finish upgrading the ship before something else dumb happened and sidetracked them again. With Transtech technology he anticipated the ship would exceed the most powerful warships of most Cybertronian civilizations in power despite its small size though it'd never match up to even a Transtech scout ship. The most sensitive upgrades he created several pocket dimensions, an idea totally not stolen from Doctor Who, to store them in preventing unwanted meddlers from messing with them in any way. After several hours of tinkering and more than a few demands that the idiot brigade shut up he was finally done and the ship ready to complete their mission though he was skeptical the ship would last long against Liege Maximo's warship if things went south. All that remained was Nexus Prime...

"Say wasn't Nexus Prime supposed to show up at some point? Where is he?"

"Of course it does. It has several varieties of countermeasures against remote hacking, and anyone stupid enough to try and pry it open up-close would receive a high-voltage shock, which is intense enough to kill most lifeforms. The Overseers really dislike anyone attempting to steal their machines.

"Lance shouldn't be that big a worry due to him being a dolt, though I admit Megatron can be worrisome. Still, I'm open to additional security ideas."

"Well..." Brainwave started tinkering with a device that vaguely resembled a remote. "In my experience and idiot messing with something they don't understand is far more dangerous than someone that actually knows what they're doing because the idiot is faaaaaaaaar more likely to break something. And when that something involves time manipulation, well I think you can see how that is bad. Alright jump out of that thing and take this." Pressing a button on the side of the device it mass shifted itself into a human sized form. "Once you activate it it should store your mech in transwarp space like our weapons, top button sends it away bottom summons it. Please don't panic and summon it in a small corridor, that would be very bad. I've also made sure the device will scan you and activate only for you. Now if you don't mind I'll get back to work so we can get this trip over with before someone else drops in with good news. And I trust everyone, including our visitors, will behave."
