I think that by far the worst arc was the Shuske Amagai Arc. I haven't seen it but I have heard it was BAD.

What about the Zanpakutō Rebellion or the Tojū Campaign? Those were cool, especially with all the Sword Spirits. Senbonzakura was hilarious in one episode...
