Right it seems okay just two things.The 20% speed increase would be for a short time so would last like 3 posts and then have a cool down of 4 posts from when the duration ended. Then the last one we'd have to see just how it works...if it proves to confusing etc. then it will need to be reworked or entirely scrapped....soooo once for the third skill a 3 post duration is added and a 4 post cool down to it then I will likely give the approved stamp...

The massive shinigami walked the Seireitei with clear purpose: He was hunting down a Captain. Though he was barely out of the academy, his massive size and intimidating stature scared most of the new recruits, and his spiritual pressure frightened most of the people he bothered to socialize with. He strode towards the Squad 7 barracks, expecting there to be a Captain. There was none.

Continuing on from that point, Kenny sighed. He let his mind travel to his inner world while letting his body wander the Seireitei. His inner world was something out of hell itself, something he was fine with. "I see you've found your way back again, Kenny. Come to me for advice?" Sankontessuo spoke behind him. Though he was used to the Zanpaku-to's rather nightmarish appearance, it never ceased to annoy him when the spirit was being facetious. "I have, Sankontessuo. I need to join a squad, by any means necessary." "Then why come here, Kenny? You already have the tools you need. Go back to the Seireitei"
