Yeah, I'm referring to that. I'm trying to create a melee/shadow type. The flames wouldn't really be flames but Shadows in the shape of flames.

For some reason whenever you post I hear Hiyori's voice in my head. I think the black flame-blade as an effect similar to when Ichigo kept the Getsuga wrapped around his blade is special enough.

So a blade spawned from black flames that can be summoned from the shadows and can burn what it cuts with a fire that can....do something..... for a brief period of time. The flames can also congregate at one point and fire, similar to Ulquiorra's finger-cero. We'll get into the radiance part once Bankai is achieved.

What IS Ichigo's ability? I was thinking the blade literally becomes black Flames made of shadows which can do something similar to Shunsui's shadow striking thing

What if, as a Shikai skill, Kage no Kagayaki's blade literally turns into blade-shaped black flames that can......I got nothin', but the Zanpakutō's name translates to Radiance of the Shadows.

Yeah. Come to think of it, I like what the Moon-Fang Piercer of the Heavens can do. It's pure Reiatsu given form. I'd really like a shikai totally original but it's hard to come up with abilities. I end up relying on Getsuga Tenshō as a comparable weaponbase. If you or whomever was willing, help on creating a shikai would be much appreciated; however; Murcielago in black and red is still what the sword looks like in shikai& Imprison is still the release command.

I still have Kaien's CS on 689, but Thank you. Seriously, thank you. I honestly believe that you are one of the best GMs I've ever encountered. Writing a paragraph to help one confused kid's question is a major plus in my book.
