Actually, wait, I don't really know M:tG mana or what have you. Forget I said anything.

This is the basic idea. It gets more complex as you start mixing colors and considering game effects, but it's not a terribly difficult concept. One of the most common misconceptions is that any color or color combination is inherently good or evil. There are White villains and Black heroes (though the opposite arrangement is more common).

No, no; he isn't. He might act that way, but that doesn't describe him--or Unlimited Blade Works--any more than Green does.

Mechanics related to summoning and artifacts are Blue. He's definitely at least partially Blue. I don't know enough otherwise to assign any other colors.

Ironically, that means that technically a Sarcophagus makes your aura more black the more times you use it, since extended usage induced paranoid schizophrenia, megalomania, and delusions of grandeur, among other things.

As far as I can tell, Goa'uld are pretty inherently Black/Blue by nature. Parasitism, mind control, advanced technology and whatnot.

For reference, inside UBW, expect no mana of any discernible colour. No trying to apply M:tG rules to the expression of someone's soul. <.<

...Archer is Blue...

Also, wouldn't the effect of Lifelink suck everything back to Sorin?

The whole deal of "Player as Planeswalker" and "Planeswalker permanent as ally Planeswalker" is headache inducing to translate over, so my solution is to have it work out however depending on the situation.
Cough, blame the lowering power level of Standard.

It's his first ability as Sorin, Solemn Visitor, so technically it's at Sorcery speed. But like I said, whatever you want to do with it, mang.
Well, it's only a +1/+0 buff; really the Lifelink is the greater benefit. It's important to remember that just because Sorin cast a spell quickly and over a wide area doesn't mean that it's a weak spell. He's been practicing magic for over six-thousand years, a touch longer than Archer's been at it. Do what thou wilt, though, it's up to you if you want the buff I guess.

And thus Sorin totally failed to buff Saber or even Archer, because spur-of-the-moment buffs that feel creepy as fuck because he's mostly linked to Black mana. Not that they honestly need it. XD

Could consider the action to take place simultaneously with their attacks. Board-wide buffs are actually where most of Sorin's White alignment comes from, gameplay-wise. Lifelink as an ability is shared by Black and White.
As the dragon retaliated, Sorin defended himself by swinging the Parasite Blade around him in a wide arc. The mana-eating sword absorbed the miasma, sucking it away. The dragon having been apparently revitalized by eating one of his summons disconcerted Sorin; he'd have to avoid that tactic, lest he supply the dragon with endless tasty snacks.

With the dragon already having an exposed weak point, Sorin didn't see the need in tey to run up to it and carve some scales off, himself. There were more than enough of his allies to harass the beast without Sorin putting himself in reach of its jaws. Not to say that he was going to sit idly by.

He sent his undead dragon forth to attack the living one, and meanwhile began to conjure more mana. This time, though, he dipped into White mana as well as, black. He cast a wide-reaching aura over his allies, strengthening their blows and sharpening their blades. As well, he piut something of a vampiric spell over their weapons; whatever harm they inflicted upon the legendary dragon would heal their own wounds in equal increments.
Vincent continued to smile, listening to Roze explain her procedures for larceny. "You're certainly forthcoming." He murmured as she continued on. He had no doubt that she was telling him the truth about her name and methods. He was initially fierce to her, then more personable, and so she was now responding to him quite strongly. Perhaps this girl was actually somewhat simple? No, he couldn't judge her too harshly; she was only a young, terrified girl, after all.

Upon her mentioning his vampirism and her relief in discovering it, he laughed lightly, saying, "I imagine those were words you never thought you would say." His laughter subsiding, his looks turned dark as he said, "Though I would not relax so soon, my dear. Remember what I am, and who you are to me." A little fear to keep her talking. "That aside, please, continue to humor me. Why choose such an impoverished hamlet as this for your plundering? Surely are more reliable opportunities and greater rewards in larger cities? For what reason have you come to this place, at such a time to meet myself and gain my most unwanted attention?"
Perhaps. Good luck with the RP.
