The Romans are taking what they see as the grandest city on each world and using some cultural information from the AIF are rebuilding and preserving the structures. Even then the cities there not preserving are only being adapted, creating a odd mix of Equestrian and Roman architecture.

A asteroid managed to slip past defenses of a EA world and crash land on it. However found within it are hundreds of high capacity computer disks. They contain historical, cultural, and works of art of the Equestrians. It is unclear where it came from, but due to the assembly it seems to be a last ditch effort to preserve as much of the Equestrian's legacy as possible.

"We are from the New Roman Empire, headed by the glorious Emperor Caesar the fourth. As for out intentions we full plan to take as much of the planets associated with what seems to be a now dead Empire, and meet up with the EA. While we are all for peaceful diplomatic contact you are being a bit hostile, please pullback your ships and disarm your weapons"
Before the message was sent ships could be seen going into position, as a giant cannon above the planet powered up with Dark Energy. The ships also seemed to use mainly Plasma weapons, and a lot were larger then the AIF ships.

"While it will be a while before the other Pact Nations are willing to join the AIF, we the Batarians gladly agree."

Real Life is RTS

Roleplaying is building a story with others that is interesting. Playing a Nation RP however as if its a RTS ruins the experience for everyone, and just makes the RP dull and boring. If you want to play a Nation RP that acts like a RTS go find one, this isn't one.

I'm not a fool, I just wanted to make the Equestrians like that, you would only call that foolish if you tried to make a nation RP a RTS, which is not how it should be. At most there is going to be Drac Technology to salvage, but at this point everyone has bits and pieces of that. Also good luck salvaging the super-shields when those were one of there pieces of technology that relied entirely off of magic.
