Some reminders:1. Please forgive me as i have not yet fully understood the extent of technology or numbers in the current time. 2. I tried to make my fleet count as low as possible without making the entire species too much of being at risk. This is what made my app take so long aside from my gaming sessions. While my idea seems interesting, it is surprisingly difficult to balance and such there is a possibility that i would need to work on another app with a different idea.3. I will do rework on it by both Keyguy, Duck and Darkwolf's ideas, but feel free to suggest more in the meantime.

If population is a issue make them like the Geth, where there are multiple AIs on one ship and there's massive servers that store millions of AIs.
