The emergency congress has passed a bill that has outlawed the sale of land or structures to non-Prussian companies. Instead the land is being bought up by Numburg trading Co, a much friendler and Prussian based company. Even then most of the prime land is owned by members of the Royalists, who probably considering there views would not allow foreign influence in Prussia.

Betraying former Lance Forces
A Prussian soldier was laying various string like things around a military base. The quarter of the former Lance Army and much of the Numburg Army had been given new uniforms, designating them as Prussian Soldiers. Those who had refused were marked as rebels, and it was obvious who they were. The Vanjaan Empire's forces were heading into Numburg to deal with the rebels there, along with a sample of the Prussian Uniforms in-case any Numburg soldiers retained there old uniforms in opposition to Prussia. He retreated far away from the base, and set the strings he had set alight. The base exploded, its gunpowder and cannonballs being detonated. Across the country similiar things were happening, severely weakening the Royalists.
Other Rebel Groups
Loyal Prussian Forces were watching over the rebelling nobles, as well as the independents. They only shot those who were committing violent acts, that included the smaller groups destroying government property. Forces were not sent to Numburg do to how strained the army currently is, but even then the remaing loyal Generals said that they feel Vanjaan's support will be enough to deal with the Numburg forces. Armies were also sent to deal with the Red Guard, as well as keep communications open by defending routes.

Vahlen's Lab
Vahlen next action was so sudden and fast that the thing could not stop it. She hit a button that had been hidden behind a computer, and soon red lights were flashing, and a robotic male voice was broadcasted across the site.
"WARNING. Site wide quarantine initiated. All personnel please report to the nearest safe room, safe rooms will seal in 15 minutes." broadcasted the robotic voice.
Black Marble was quick to act as well. He suddenly had what looked like more Psi-Blockers, however unlike the one he was wearing previously it was impossible to break. He tossed another one of these to Vahlen.
"Put it on! Its warded with magic, he can't break it!" shouted Black Marble to Vahlen, they ran up to Vahlen's office, and the door was sealed behind them. A behemoth of steel and metal. Vahlen teleported all her research notes and the DNA samples far away, out of reach of the plague. She also uploaded copies to a secure server on Equiis, including the structure of the DNA which would allow her to replicate via bio-mass.
Vahlen grabbed a vial under her desk, labled for emergencies. She plugged into a small slot next to her office door, and it flooded the lab
"Vahlen what was that?" asked Black Marble.
"Deatheater Virus. Yes I know its Dark Magic but the High Archmage gave it to me for emergencies. It is attuned to Triarii DNA, and while that thing will resist longer it will kill him eventually." replied Vahlen. They hurred out a emergency exit in Vahlen's office, running as fast as possible to the nearest safe room.

Although it is quite crap but
I recommend placing colored dots which would indicate a star system, the color would correspond to a particular nation.
