With the orbital bombardment it had hit key points along the ground-to-space network, taking the cannons out of operation. Trandoshan forces seemed to be preferring long range bombardment over direct assaults. Trandoshans were taking up key positions and hitting Triarian forces with long range weapons, also in a desperate attempt to take out the walkers tactical nukes were deployed and fired at walker hard points, as city shields activated across the planet.

"We have already stated what we are doing with you. You will be brought to Triarii space and your verdict will be carried out."

Kaiser Gabriel stood on the steps of the Palace in Lancus, and began a speech.
"The Rebellion is starting to slow, and it seems Prussia might triumph. I do want to say this however, To any rebels who lay down there arms and stop this, I automatically grant a full pardon. And to those rebels who don't accept this offer at first, think about this. Prussia standing united would be one of the most powerful forces on Earth. We could dominate in the fields of economy, military, and even navy. So lay down your arms and accept the Pardon, and watch as the country you live in becomes one of the dominate forces on earth.

The power of the field seemed to extend ever more as more energy was channeled into it. It was now actively suppressing chaos energy.
"Chaos lies. Anyone who uses it is evil, it is the opposite of harmony. Even if you didn't use chaos energy that behaivor isn't Triarian at all."

When the ships got into the planet it was obvious the Trandoshans had better ground based defenses and even could strategize. Large ground based cannons began focusing fire on one of the large Triarian ships, completely destroying its shield and damaging the hull of the ship.

"We never surrender!"
The stations around the planet began firing to attempt to destroy the Triarian Ships. However it was pointless, as they were only very old rail-guns that would barely do much to the shields, and there wasn't any ships in orbit that had weapons. The stations also lacked shielding, making it easy to take them out.
