I remember back in the old thread the Equestrians had developed basic level cybernetics for replacing limbs and some neuro-implants, so in ten years they could have replacement cybernetic eyes. The problem with using cybernetics to resist that is that not everybody likes them and you have to know what patterns to block out, and before getting those patterns that they even caused that effect. Also the Archmage will be resistant, but a few of his guards and the ships crew will be susceptible. While normally military is trained to resist any neurological compulsions like that a lot of there ship crew and guards are fresh recruits put into place till they can get more highly trained soldiers in to replace the losses from the Drac War.

Alright, although as mentioned people will still have the will to resist, and considering Archmages are powerful as they are they are usually high-willed compared to other unicorns.

I would of course, but expect during the contact for the ponies and other races onboard to be immune to the effects of the sirens. Generally during diplomatic contact there is a Archmage there, and Archmages are some of the best when it comes to magic. There is a telepathic branch of magic and it can also be used to resist telepathic suggestion, which is what the Sirens ability is. This is mainly due and part that the Equestrians are paranoid about security and just general rules of first contact.

Peace Station
As the Sazkarjhit diplomatic vessel glided down towards Peace Station they took noticed of its brilliance. It was surrounded by a large glass dome, with a tube connected to a silver construct of metal where ships docked and left Peace Station. The buildings built at Peace Station are what inspired most of the Equestrians architecture in this era. The builds were tall, most as half as tall as the dome itself. They were all silvery, with golden trimming and blackened windows running down the side. Equiis its self could be seen with multiple stations orbiting it and the constant flow of ships between it and the rest of the star system that it composed of. Two fighters broke from a small fleet sitting near one of the stations orbiting Equiis. They assured the diplomatic vessel they were there to act merely as escorts. The fighters were like most Equestrian fighters, a rounded pod in the middle with two wings jutting out on either side to hold weaponry. These were Dragon fighters aswell, so they carried a red metal painting with purple trimming over the standard silver with gold trimming.

The ship was carefully escorted into a building made of a silvery metal that was a box. The hanger it self seemed to be made of the same silvery middle, with little round disks scattered over the walls with pipes jutting out of them. When the diplomatic vessel landed a blue field appeared in the space that opened up the hangar to the vast cold darkness of the black void. The disks pipes begin shooting out what appeared to be a white gas, as the hangar was rapidly re-pressurized and given an atmosphere. After the completion of the process a small blue field dispersed that had previously blocked the way to a more wide open area, where people could be seen coming and going as they left or entered Peace Station for a variety of reasons.

The Sazkarjhit could see a griffon escort approach them, there were escorted infront of a blue unicorn. He had a rather short black mane, and his voice sound flamboyant in a way.
"Hello! I am Blue Moon and will be here as the Equestrian diplomat today." the blue unicorn said, sound a bit optimistic.

The amount of energy that would be released would cause a lot of damage. As we have established before to make something like a hamburger out of energy would require the amount of energy needed to destroy a planet. I doubt anyone has that kinda of storage thats easily buidable and not expensive.

Considering some of our species can preform magic, thats not overpowered. The only thing is that some people would have a willpower that could resist the longer lasting directives, but otherwise that sounds completely fine.

Nation:Serbia(Consisting of Serbia, Kosovo, and Montenegro)
Leader: Alexsandar Borislav
History:Serbia was initially occupied by Austria-Hungary during The Great War. During 1919 with Austria-Hungary on the decline Serbian forces that had been exiled to Greece made their move and reentered Serbia, beginning a liberation movement against the Austrian occupation. The movement was successful in undermining the occupation of Serbia but actually failed to force the Austrian forces out of Serbia. The liberation of Serbia finally came in 1922 with the collapse of Austria-Hungary and the help of Bosnia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Herzegovina who had rebelled from Austria and formed there own countries. The liberated Serbia united with Bosnia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Herzegovina to form Yugoslavia. The new union set its goals to rebuilding Serbia and industrializing it. The remained out of The Great War after Austria collapsed and took more neutral stances toward diplomacy and war.

During the 1950s Bojan Boris wanted to see nationalistic, imperialist, and autocratic ideals rise, called his new set of ideals Bojanism it saws its rise in Serbia, Kosovo, and Montenegro. Serbia wanted to see Bojanism as Yugoslavia's main ideal, however the other states were seeing a rise of Socialism and it was quickly becoming the dominate ideal for Yugoslavia. Not wanting to see Socialism take over Yugoslavia Serbia split, taking Kosovo and Montenegro with it, which formed into just Serbia. The new Serbia promptly tried to invade Yugoslavia and force Bojanism upon it, but they were quickly repulsed by the forces of Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia became known as The Yugoslavian Union of Socialist States, while Serbia began biding its time and building its military. There were reforms throughout Serbia that led to a Dictatorship put in place, and many Bojanist ideals becoming the policies of the nation.

Come 1974 Bojan Borris died, and Alexsandar Borislav took control as the Dictator of Serbia. He was credited with making a swift decision about Swiss's debt early on in his regime. Alexsandar Borislav began reforming Serbia, choosing reforms he though would lead to a more ideal society. One of these included Public Health care and schools, and benefits for the poor and unemployed. He was heralded for being even greater the Bojan as a leader of Serbia, and he began making plans to reunite Serbia with Yugoslavia, its time over due to recognize Bojanism as its one true ideal.

Come 1978 was a bit of a celebration for the Bojanist Part and Alexsandar in Serbia. Yugoslavia was finally collapsing, and split into multiple states. While united Yugoslavia was to strong for Serbia to take over, it was in pieces, with most of the countries suffering from losses of resources and revolts. Bojanism saws its rise again as the people of Serbia wanted to see Yugoslavia united with Serbia once again.
