"Dammit" said Kato under his breath. They only expected a few officers in the square today, not this many. Good thing Shelkar had a few tricks up his sleeve, magical tricks in fact. He was known to be one of the most powerful mages on Namo, having achieved Higher Kyn status. He contunied to approach the gathered group and spoke when he arrived.
"So, are the plans for tomorrow ready?" said Kato.
"Yeah, Shasa coming with. So, anybody got the cake?" said Shelkar.
"Nope, the cake is a lie." said Kato. It was the codeword to start the plan, and what happened next surprised everyone in the square. Shelkar hurled a fireball at the APC, as the members of the group ganged up on Civilis Protectione officers, taking there weapons and using them to fighter other officers. Kato looked around, not exactly to plan, but they could get it to work.

Triarian Space, Namo
Kota approached the square of the colony's large central city. He, and several friends and family were meeting there, they had disguised under the pretense of preparing a celebration for a upcoming Triarian holiday, but that was not their true purpose. They were meeting as they planned to escape from the Triarian planet, they all came from families who did not wish to join the Collective, but did not the chance to catch a ship off world. They had already planned everything out, they would meeting in the square, gang up on a Civilis Protection known to patrol, take his weapons, and then head for the ship yard and escape. He continued to approach the group, watching the various others go about the square, espically anyone linked with the Civilis Protection, Equitem, or Primcearii.

"We are only assigning a small amount of forces as there isn't much to protect, so he will not be able to cause to much damage. We are also looking for more candidates for military positions within the Pact, if you feel that there are any very good commanders, please send us a list so we may assign them to the Pact."

I. This is acceptable.

II. Augmentation of any type is only by the individual volunteering, so this is acceptable.

III. We also heavily hate piracy, this is acceptable.

IV. As long as there is contribution we do not mind, acceptable.

VI. Pact forces are assigned where necessary to help defend and support, so this is acceptable. However any troops that wish to receive training from you rather then the standard Pact Military training must be volunteers.

Also your Supreme Commander Barasmus Lano'dum will be given General Status in the Pact Military and be assigned the Naval and Ground forces stationed in your territory.

Equestrian and Equiis Pact forces have pulled out and have been sent to assist other colonies. Several have been fully secured, and Equiis Pact Generals and Diplomats are going to meet with the head of the New Hach Colonial Government.

"The member nations of the Equiis Pact would like to invite Sazkarjhia to join the Equiis Pact. We hope it will help strengthen the bonds we have begun to form with your proud nation, and hope it will lead to a brighter future. A copy of the treaty has been enclosed with this message.

Treaty

This treaty bounds the member nations of the Equiis Pact to its agreements. The Equiis Pact is meant to help nations cooperate together in a economic, military, and scientific union.

Economy:

To help nations better cooperate on economic matters all member nations of the treaty shall maintain free trade policies towards each other. No tariffs on good or materials may be applied, and all citizens of member nations may invest there capital in other nations economies without the interference of the nation.

Military:

While all member nations may maintain there own militaries there shall be a Pact Military, that consists of the most prestigious soldiers, most advanced weapons, and the best ships that the nations of the Equiis Pact are capable of producing. The command of this military shall be delegated to its commanders, with directives being applied by member nations.

Scientific

All nations shall cooperate in a scientific union, where in all technologies available to member nations are shared. All nations will contribute resources and scientists to nations to help towards its goals, and all nations shall decide on what is to be researched.

Diplomacy

The Equiis Pact nations, when conducting matters of diplomacy towards other nations, all Equiis Pact nations shall be considering a single entity.

Immigration

All citizens of member nations are considering Equiis Pact citizens, and are allowed to go live and work in other nations as they please. Member nations shall retain open border policies towards other nations in the Pact.

The Equiis Pact is also evacing all colonials, and is focusing fire on the "seeds" due to the amount there are the Equestrians realize they will not be able to reclaim the world, only delay the invetiable.

The Equestrian and Pact Fleets were ignoring the Seeder ships, letting the Triarians deal with them. They fired Three Balefire Megaspells, one targeted at the Psionic Amplifier, one at the Habitat Walker, and finally the last one hitting the Assembly Walker. Scans show massive amounts of Pact Military forces converging on the Psionic Amplifier.

Hach Revolution
The Equiis Pact and its various member nations have begun openly supporting the Hach Revolution. Fleets and ground troops have been sent, overpowering the smaller Hach Military. Supplies have been sent to the colonists and the Equiis Pact has recognized the newly formed nation that governs the colonial planets as independent of the Zonasese Empire. The Equestrians have a 3-step plan to ending the war.

1. Push the Main Hach Military away from the Colonial Worlds.
2. Secure the colonial worlds against further attack
3. Capture the main state worlds of the Hach, and force the government into surrender.
