Do we really have to choose the masks our parents gave us? I don't think so, which is why I choose my own.

If I had to gander they already observed our empires or had data from Drac databases.
Supremes Contact
The Equestrians promptly sent over a message saying they were sending a drop ship. A small silvery drop ship then proceeded to come out of the belly of the lead ship. The Equestrians deactivated there weapons, despite them seeming to be associated with the Dracs they seemed fine enough. The drop ship docked with the Supremes' ship, then proceeded to wait to be invited in.
Unknown Signals
The Equestrian radar drifted around in the empty void of the galactic center. It had been placed there shortly after the end of the Drac War, incase any Dracs were escaping through the galactic center. One of the lights beeped on, a signal had been beamed to Equestrian Command that new ships had been detected, also reporting they seemed to be distantly linked to the Dracs but weren't them.

It didn't take long for a small assortment of Equestrian and Pact vessels to arrive on scene. They began scans of the ships then beamed the following messages to the ships.
"We represent the Equestrian Empire and the Equiis Pact. We are peaceful and wish for contact with you."
On that note I be interested in contact with the Supremes, and you have my perms for a generation of the various Equestrians races(Griffons and Ponies most likely since they hold the most power). I also apologize for accusing you of being Rogue, think we got off to a bit of a bad start and I like to make up for it.
I said there accepted as long as there isnt a Triarii generation, unless Darkwolf gives his approval.

Dissipation might not be able to block it, but a barrier could :p

Yeah, although Arcane Magic is pure magical energy, tends to have a lot of power behind it.

I have never seen that statement taken literally.
What I meant was they wouldn't have enough to be a full-on battlemage, it more a nice little side bonus in combat. That and 80 years is not really enough to build up more magical knowledge then they had, it would have been better to use in training since, it tooks the Equestrians 100s of years to refine and develop there more advanced form of magic, and that was when they had a greater understanding of its workings and a lot of great minds working on it.

Sorta of what meant anyways, that only a a few triarii would be able to handle the energy from spellls, or they have to work in teams. I also know basic physics, don't need another crash course in it. There is still the issue however that if a Battlemage realizes whats happening he can just switch to Arcane Magic, not something dissipation can block.
I don't see a new post.
As I'm sure I mentioned the Selkath in the collective have very limited experience. They lack much more of the magical knowelege that they need to be effective magical fighters. They won't see your magical dissipation thing coming but again we're making that so only a limited number of Triarians can disspate spells, or otherwise it be to easy for you to destroy everything.
