I'm going to be serious here, no claiming more then one nation. If you want to annex it as apart of your nations history then you have to beat some else to reserving it or posting a app for it.

Still most planet will have a lot of tourism, some maybe more then others but tourism isn't really a huge money earner for nations unless there smaller, or have a lot to attract tourists to(And I'm not talking about theme parks and your altered beauty thing, I'm talking historical value, like the UK or China.)

We are low on food for the world as it is, you have to displace food crops for the correct crop to synthesise into biofuel. Countries with a larger population would be the ones suffering more here since they would need to import more, especially if they have a large population for a relatively small area. Societies with a lot of viable free land and a low population are going to do well... Provided one if the larger countries doesn't barge in and steal it from them first...

And when I said alternate car fuels I was talking more along the lines of a hydro cell, based off hydrogen power.

They still hold value, although I can see where your right. It is also probably true that most people are going to try to switch to alternative sources of fuel because there is less and less oil, which would make oil loose more value as demand for it falls.
