Non-Humans only entered the Empire in the times of the Imperial Remnant.There will still be clones but the degeneration will be having issues upon them, and most of them will have been killed/retired.Gotta remember the Imperials had a large Anti-Alien bias. The few aliens in the Imperial military/political structure are good at what they do.
What i mean is if i put a non-clone as a storm trooper are people going to bitch?
Spring 3rd, 0700, Sunny Weather
It was Spring 3rd the sun had just started to rise, the cry of weagulls and other birds drifted into town. Some of the villagers were just starting their day and getting shops ready to be opened in an hour, others had just finished the day farming and keeping track of their animals and production. Thing's weren't any different for Elias he rose with the rising sun and exited his captains cabin, beautiful beams of sunlight shined down on the deck the salty sea air drifted into his nose.
His first mate a Minotaur always had to sleep on the top deck so when the sun rose he rose and he was waiting for his captain. "Good morning Theseus." Elias said to the Minotaur, who of course didn't reply. So Elias busied himself looking at the sea "I'm heading back into the cabin when the crew is in position have them move us five nautical miles off the docks." He told the beast who only nodded it's head, and headed back into his cabin.

I'm American but my knowledge doesn't expand beyond the west coast and the Mid-west, I've only been to New York and D.C on the east.
Also one last questions, are we late enough into the war where they are putting well trained soldiers into storm trooper regiments including non-humans, or are they all still Clone Troopers.

And with that brought up he left the two girls alone, he wasn't going to say anything else and kept a safe distance people feared the guards so when he finally found a spot to stand people left him alone "Guarding her is a chore." He said to the air around him, he muttered many other curses. Only the gods would hear what he had to say

She gestured and led her to where she could draw hot water and bathe herself then she left the lady alone so she could go out and get a dress, she didn't trust the little lady but if Pentalius said she could be trusted then she could, she had never had reason to doubt them before.

Is the empire throwing everything into the ring, like commandos and AT-AT's or so far just imperial army and storm troopers?
