He has black hair, his eye color is unknown. If any personnel stare at him in any way for three seconds, even through monitors, SCP-3761 will yank his head up and stare into the personnel's eyes. This causes the personnel to go into a frozen-like state for five seconds, then they are seen to die. Other: SCP-3761 acts normal when he's not being stared at.

The SCP seems a bit too humanlike for an SCP :| Maybe change the 'Acts normal when he's not being stared at' part.

David was following Ashers and Ray to the door as they were carrying Cassandra. "When we get out of here, we need to get her to a hospital A.S.A.P!" He said, even if it was fairly obvious. 'Hang in there Cassy...' he thought as blood leaked from her wounds. As they got to the door, David helped by slamming his shoulder into it, much like Ray was doing. "This is shaping out to be one of the worst days of my life." He said, mostly to himself.
