Fine. He can melt steel by blocking it. But other, stronger materials are almost completely ineffective.

Can he manipulate concentrated fire? Like, charge up a fire beam for some posts then boom lasers.

I reckon in a fight like this, they need to be susceptible to physical damage. And unless it's justified, they should only really have a strong resistance to it if they're a melee fighter.You could make it so that they are like the human torch, where they are on fire, but has a physical base. So hitting them would burn them, but it would do real damage to the flame guy.

Okay, I'll change it to that.

However, the flames are hot enough to melt steel, so trying to shoot it with some kind of bullet would fail and trying to hit it with a steel sword or something would fail, or at least, the sword would be practically unusable after.

It wouldn't be defeated by a bucket of water or a sprinkler or something like that, you'd need LOTS of concentrated water. Like a Blastoise water cannon.

It'd be able to fly, as well.

Personally in regard to RPs?How almost every free level RP can't come up with a decent plot or story for the life of them.But Casual and Advanced have so slow pacing (and so much filler about room details ex "The cold doorknob reminded him of his cruel mother") that you can be in for months and barely be into the story at all.

NEVER MIND I FIGURED IT OUT.Apparently the hook was coming off the wall slightly, and the weight of the scroll eventually caused it to peel off the wall like 95% of the way, allowing the string to slip off as it tilted downwards. Then, after the weight was gone (and with only the thinnest edge of this thing still sticking to the wall), it was apparently able to snap back into place, thus looking like it had hardly peeled off the wall at all.
