Alcohol always helps me be more extroverted. I'm in this podcast and the first time I've been able to sit through a whole episode talking with everyone in it was when I had a nice cold beer.Still need to keep an eye on how much I drink though. I have a really bad habit of drinking too much every now and then, but I've been able to control it better lately.
