Here's what I can think of right now:
-The ability to grant someone's wish...with a sacrifice equal or greater to the wish being granted.
-Another Healer maybe with another "style" of heals. Perhaps seeing a female healer may work well for some whereas if you'd have my character do it...(and get a rivalry too :D)

Before I came here I attended Branford Academy in Temple Montana where the most exciting thing that happened was the Glee club's laughable attempts to mimic the TV show by the same name.
Here I am now surrounded by kids and some can fly, some can walk through walls an who knows what else She giggles seeing the sparks

Seth frowned in thought,."Hm, you're right...It all seems pretty surreal to me now that I think about it. I never thought a place like this ever existed, although placing a bunch of hormonal teenagers with powers in one area doesn't exactly sound so bright to me. Things could get violent real quick over such a simple subject or argument. Surely the school must have some sort of system in place." he mused.
"But you don't have to worry about me though, I can't hurt anybody with my powers, so y'know, I wouldn't blast you with fire or smite you with a godlike force. I'm just some guy with healing powers." An idea struck him and he pulled out a gray Iphone, "Hey, Sam, just in case things get a little messy around here and you need some help or perhaps someone to talk to. Here's my number...." Seth gave her his phone number.

He gasped in mock surprise, "How did you know I was gonna ask that next!?" He adopted a more comfortable posture and perched himself next to her against the archway, making sure to respect her personal bubble.

Seth grinned, "Well, I didn't say I didn't like summer either. I'd say it comes at a close second because of the bikinis." Although Seth was a nice guy at heart, he never really had any dating or relationship experience. He was always concentrated on something at his hometown, whether it'd be studying or practicing his powers on himself. He was friendly, but he never let anyone know him on a real intimate level. Now that he was here, he was a part of the crowd so to speak and he felt that there were people more like him, so he could afford to open up more.

Seth flinched from the scratches on his face as his skin. They still stung and it was quite uncomfortable, just like having a cold sore on the inside of your mouth. He put a hand on his cheek and focused on that area, feeling a cold refreshing sensation sweep through the skin on his face as minty green sparks traveled from his palm to the scratches on his face, soothing them. He sighed in contentment, it was like holding an ice pack to his face on a hot day.
"Ah, it works even better than aloe." Seth said.

"Samantha Summers, eh? Too bad you're only a season away from being my new best friend." Seth joked and laughed...a little too loud, but maybe that was due to him being nervous in front of her. "Heh. Because, y'know, I prefer autumn." he said.

Inside Waverly

Cerberus Minor Corridor: It's a small and almost dark corridor found in one of the dorm wings of the Waverly Manor, connecting it to the main building. This particular corridor is infamous for forming alliances amongst students who do not have the best of moral compasses. Please tread carefully.


Dorm Rooms: Waverly Academy is able to host up to three thousand students while they undergo their tutelage here. The dorm rooms are rather more like single suites with a small kitchen and stove. It really just consists of a single master bedroom with a bathroom and the kitchen area. The dorm rooms themselves are interconnected to one another through doors which may lead to a common area/lounging area. The five dormitory wings are a whopping five stories high and designed in a "U" shape. Dorms may be co-ed.

Library: A sanctuary to those seeking knowledge or perhaps a quiet place to work. It is stacked to the ceiling with books and reference material and it is two stories high. There is an adult section on the second floor, protected from underage students by a magical hex. If you dare trespass this space, you'll end up with a rather uncomfortable malady lasting a week!

The Grand Courtyard: A reception area and a recreational space for students. Many gather here on after-school hours or meet here during the weekends and it is here that you may often see young hearts all aflutter whilst dating. A popular spot for friends and couples.

Grounds: Oh? Feeling a little adventurous, are you? Be sure to be careful there, there's no telling what could be lurking outside the walls of the academy. *dark laughter*

Dining Hall: Ahhh, there's nothing like the sounds of a fully occupied dining hall. Merriment and laughter is heard all around as friends sit with each other and kid. There are no real seat assignments in place, however, you may see divisions within the student body itself. Returning students tend to separate themselves from newer students and each of these bodies have their own individual groups.
Please try not to make a mess, the fabric on these tables are dry clean only. They're quite expensive to maintain...

There are small touchscreens built into the table itself, one for each seat. Once the student orders, the request is transmitted to the kitchen and the servers retrieve and deliver their food via a dolly.



Main Corridor: The Main Corridor stretches out across the manor, and snakes it's way up all five floors of the manor. There is usually a lot of traffic throughout the day and sometimes you may find yourself in a traffic jam as you hurry from one class to the next. Beware of disturbances such a fights or demonstrations. Corridors branch out from this artery and into capillaries which connect to various classrooms around the academy.

Locations outside school grounds:

Vincent's Personal Pocket Dimension: With his powers, Vincent is able to access his silent sanctuary in order to rest or spend some time alone. He seems to be able to access it by drawing a glyph, allowing a dimensional rift to appear. His dimension is vulnerable to having audio pass through the gates and being open to intruders if he forgets to close the gates. It's like leaving the door open to your room, per se...
The pocket dimension's appearance and constitution may be altered at Vincent's will to suit his needs.

Currently, on Waverly Academy...

Emotions intensify as interactions come and go, and a dating proposal was just accepted! Congrats to Keith for taking the initiative in public and achieving "First Blood"! I wonder if anyone is willing to put a ring on one of our fine ladies at the school?

The headmaster reveals a camping trip is in order. I do hope our young students bring along a can of insect repellent...!

Bio: She grew up being the oldest of her and her sister living with two parents. Then one day everything changed when her parents got divorced and out of being upset and confused in the middle of the night the house was in flames. Her family was dead and she ran away and lived in the streets until she heard about this school. Doing everything she could to get accepted by talking to the administers and working for a year she got enough money to attend and left England to go to the school. The people in her town think she is dead her friends think she is dead and she didn't go to her family funeral and hasn't seen anyone from that town since.

APPEARANCE :

BIO : Samantha is the only child of Jake and Alice Summers of Wayne Montana. Her father is a mining engineer for Candler metals and her mother a thoracic surgeon at the local hospital.

Her early life was typical for the daughter of a Brass hat miner (Managerial) She attended Branford Academy in Tenpleton 40 miles from her family home. TA is a small private school that specializes in the sciences an math both subjects Sam excelled in.

When she was 11 years she discovered she could change the color of her eyes just by thinking about it. By the age of 13 she had progressed to changing her hair color length an style and her skin tone darker or paler. She worried people might think she was a freak and made sure to only use her gift in private so that not even her parents knew.

All was going well till last year she was chatting with her best friend Shelia Tatum saying how she wished she looked more like her. She made skin contact and involuntarily shape shifted into an exact duplicate of Shelia. Her best friend at first freaked out but Sam talked her into calming down and they both laughed over the fact they were now twins.

Shelia an Sam enjoyed playing pranks on teachers an their school mates till one day at Sam's house Sam's mom caught them.
Sam's mom wasn't angry or frightened but knew as a doctor that the gifted often encountered problems in the development of their gifts.

After discussing it with her husband Alice Summers an Jake Summers decided to find a school that could help her.

Gift: Imagination - He has the gift to summon anything from his imagination but can only summon objects(the biggest he can summon is about the size of a tank), he still can't summon anything that is living but he can summon plants. Basically the bigger the object the more stamina is taken away from him so if he tried to summon something he would probably get tired quickly.

When Alexander was 8 he used to be fun, goofy, and funny until one day his parents died in a terrible car crash. When Alex found out his parents died he felt like he was alone and didn't want to believe that they died. He was then sent to a foster home where he stayed there for about two months until a married couple adopted him. Alexander didn't accept them, he wanted his real parents to take care of him not strangers he doesn't know. His personality changed when he was at the foster home and with the couple who adopted him. Alex would always have an expressionless face that would never curl up or down and he would talk in a cold tone of voice. He hated his life and would yearn for his parents every night but knew they would never come back. But one day Alex was 12 and having a dream about one day when it was his birthday and his parents had gotten him a locket with their pictures in it on the inside. When he woke up he was thinking and was mad at himself for losing it when he was younger. Then he looked at the digital clock on the end table that was next to his bed to check the time but to his surprise the locket he was thinking about was on the end table. Alex opened the locket and his lips actually curled up for the first time in year and tears started to come from his eyes. He then put the locket on and vowed to never take it off and then Alex's personality changed and became polite, nice, kind, and his lips would curl up a little sometimes. Then a day after he thought he would play with his tiny toy car but couldn't find it so he imagined how it looked like and then out of nowhere the car appeared in his hand so he found out about his gift. He then became determined to train himself so he could imagine bigger things so everyday he would go for a jog or work out. Then one day he got into a fight with his adopted parents and accidently summoned a bottle because he felt like breaking something since he was so mad. They were so scared but Alexander explained it to them and they decided then and there that he needed to learn to control it so it wouldn't go out of hand and injury somebody on accident.

Gift: Shadow Manipulation- This allows Keith to control his shadow and do possibly anything he wants with it. He mainly materializes his shadow into a sword or use his shadow to pick up heavy things.
Appearance:
Bio: Keith life was perfect. He had a happy, healthy loving family with a mom and a dad. But sadly that perfect life had to end when his father lost his job. Keith was 7 when his dad began to drink and abuse his mother. He tried to ignore it for a couple of years but it escalated to far one night and Keith snapped letting all his suppressed feelings free. He couldn't control his new power to bend his shadow to do his biding. He just wanted to hurt his father like he hurts his mother. His anger took over and he uncontrollably killed his father. Keith didn't fell much regret for his actions he just wanted everything to be like normal. Keith's mother understood his actions and decided that he should try to practice using his powers until he has a full grasp on his powers.

Appearance:
His body has a lower then normal body temperature, and seems to have a thin layer of frost cover his body at all times, including his clothes and hair.

Gift: cyrokinesis: the control and creation of ice. Ice can be created from water molecules in the air, gathering them and freezing them. Can also just use liquid water and freeze it then manipulate it for his own uses. He can withstand cold temperatures much better than the average person, but hot temperatures affect him more then the average person and effect his ability of controlling ice.

Bio: Izo was born to a middle class, moderately religious family. He was treated as an oddity due to his low body temperature, but after numerous tests, he was allowed home. He lived a relatively normal life, until the age of 7, when his powers began to show. He began to randomly freeze water, scaring his family. His family could only last three years, his power slowly increasing, before he was abandoned, believed to be a spawn of Satan. He learned how to survive on his own, teaching himself slowly how to control his power, beginning to steal and commit crime using his powers to survive. He survived for several years, becoming known as frost boy, before some representative from the school found him and offered him refuge, where he could completely learn all the abilities that he had, as long as he promised to stop committing crime. He soon accepted the offer, joining the university. But it will be a difficult change from living life as a criminal to a student.

Gift: Coercive Persuasion, or the ability of Mind Control.

Bio: As a child, Azalea was different. She was born with snow white hair and blood red eyes, confirming she was no ordinary child. She grew up with the normal life a human would. She had two loving parents, a place to call home, friends. All her life she had received anything her heart desired, it seemed almost effortless. Well, that's because it was. She had gotten any toy, and friend, and possible thing she had wanted just by a simple thought. Azalea thought it was her cuteness, but she soon learned the true meaning of her special ability. She began to question her life, her parents, her so called friends. Azalea never had true friends, just loyal minions controlled by her persuasive words. Soon she began to grow lonesome, afraid of everyone around her and their thoughts. She grew paranoid, locking herself in her room for hours on end, refusing to come out. Slowly, she drifted away from her adoring parents as she discovered she couldn't handle their lies. And she ran away from her perfectly created life. She learned to somewhat manage her gift on small things, strangers and animals at the least.

He can only manipulate the organic material of himself and non-human organism. by manipulating the organic material of non human lifeforms, John can mutate them and even bend them to his will but it can require a great amount of energy. He can also absorb the organic material of animals to heal himself and make himself stronger.

Appearance: He has the ears and tails of a fox. He wears jeans and a black trench-coat with a grey tee-shirt under it. He wears a black and silver collar, with a bit of heavy silver chain along two cuffs on each of his rists simuler to the collar.
Gift: He has the ability to manipulate cosmic energys through glifs and the like, inter-dimensional travel is a norm which alows him to speak with the beangs he uses to controll his gift.
Bio: He was orphaned at birth by the cosmic energy that he uses to control his gifts. He was bound to the cosmic Kitsune, a fox being, which bound him to itself with the silver chains. The being also granted the 'gifts' of his vulpine morphology.

Name: Seth Stellar (DFA)

Appearance:

Gift: Seth is gifted with the ability to ease illnesses, soothe rampant emotions, and heal minor wounds and cuts. He is able to heal massive injuries and heal
broken bones, but he trades off a small portion of his life in doing so, which may vary from a few moments or even a few years...or
perhaps more depending on the situation. Depending on the heal, he can be easily exhuasted as well.
Due to his power, Seth has an above average rate of recovery and vitality compared to others.

Bio: Seth displays a kind and carefree attitude and tries to be polite and open whenever possible. He enjoys a good laugh and might dabble
in the ocassional prank with a friend now and then.
He's the only child of a single mother. When he was a toddler, his parents went through a divorce due to the husband displaying abusive
behaviors to his mom - she refuses to tell Seth of what happened to his father after their split, not that Seth cares anyways.
Seth discovered his powers when he turned 13 on September 13th due to accidentaly slicing his finger open with a small kitchen knife. It
was a deep cut, but the wound happened to close within half an hour and left no scar as if nothing happened. It wasn't until the week of
Halloween that he could really notice his power working after quickly recovering from the flu only a couple of days he aqcuired it, and
that particular flu was projected to last for at least a couple of weeks. On one of the nights he was sick, he witnessed miniscule minty
green colored transparent cubes of light gathering around him, concentrated in the areas which he had symptoms affecting him at the time
(throat, lungs, and head). He was able to touch them and relocate them somewhere else, producing a numbing sensation in that particular
area.

His mom claims it as the works of God and that he's blessed by angels, but Seth feels it's something else. Since that event, he's tried to push the limits of his abilities and even experimented with himself on several occasions. He knows he can heal minor injuries easily, but as he progressed to larger and more severe wounds, he felt something was being taken away from him, leaving him with cold sweats and a rapidly beating heart. After recently receiving an
invitation letter from the mysterious Waverly Academy claiming they'd be able to help him discover himself and his powers, he agreed to
go.

Thus, he journeys here in order to understand more about himself and what more can he do with his abilities and how to improve on them if
possible. He also wishes to learn the origins of his power, whether it'd be through some sort of radiation exposure, something in the
water, or through inheritance.

Seth is currently neutral at this time ... and single ;)

Gift: James has superhuman weapon proficiency. If he can use it as a weapon, then he's automatically a master at using it. Anything from a bow to a tree branch to one of those foam pool noodles...hell, he can even use a tooth brush if it comes down to it. He can also bring out the innate potential in people, unlocking their inner strength, and temporarily "evolving" them to a more powerful state.
Bio: James won't say much about his past, other than that his parents abandoned him and sent him to the academy to get rid of him because of his powers.

Bio : shirk was you average 5 year old boy till one day on a camping trip with he family he fell down a ravine. Mangled and twisted barely alive something dark crept into his body that day but darkness can not exist without light, single ray of light shown down on him through the abyss was keeping this darknees a bay in a constant struggle for power. After being found doctors were puzled at how his body was barely injured from the fall but just wrote it off. Slowly his power started showing more and more to keep it check he had to train his body meditate and hunt animals to keep the darkness at bay and in balance with the light. He learned various martial arts and tracking skills which finally led him to the school a place where he can better hone his skills

Appearance: Tall, muscular with black hair and dark green eyes. He wears a lot of tight fitting shirts and cargo shorts
Bio: Grew up in a broken home. He was the oldest of five children. His parents were always fighting. They sometimes abused him and his siblings and he was never accepted there. He ran away when he was thirteen and had been living off the streets every since. He is good.

Jemal / Tyson (Kkushmar)

Male – 15 years old

Special Ability: An unusual ability to control a deadly super virus. If Jemal chooses to, he can infect someone just by touching them, and he can control the degree of which the virus will spread, but if angry enough, he can infect anyone withing a radius of 10 meters. If the degree of the virus is high, people can get infected just by breathing the same air as people who are already carrying the virus. Just as Jemal has the ability to give the virus, he also has the ability to take it away, or even the ability to give someone immunity like himself. The virus eats the flesh, and depending on the degree, it can kill someone within a few hours after contact. First symptoms start with a great lack of energy and burn like marks on the skin, and eventually loss of vision. Eventually before death, an individual will go into a zombie like state, where the virus has taken over the nerve system, giving Jemal the ability to control them like puppets. Their bodies will remain alive as long as Jemal controls them, but when he lets go off the control, the virus will stop and with it the body will too. The limits of how far and how many he can infect is unknown because Jemal never dared to use his ability unless was absolutely necessary.

Bio:

Jemal was born in some village in Africa, He was found by an American scientist named Alex, who was researching a deadly disease in that region. When Alex found him, he was alone, alive amongst hundreds of dead bodies, and although she was wearing a suit to protect herself from the infection, the little baby boy was wearing nothing but a piece of cloth over his little stomach, which lead Alex to believe he was immune which could be leading her to a cure. She took him back with her to Winslow, Arizona, where she lived with her husband Jerry and her 13 year old daughter, Page.

The Metrolabs is where Alex worked, and after a few months of gentle tests, Alex and her co workers could not find what was special with the boy, the facility manager George, told Alex she has to take the boy away because he is just wasting their time. While Alex was considering giving the boy to an orphanage, everyday after testing she would bring him home, and after a few months the family grew fond of the boy, so she decided to adopt him. Alex named him Tyson.

A year and a half later, Tyson still in his toddler hood, started to show signs of sickness, much like the disease Alex was researching in Africa. She quickly grabbed him and brought him to the lab, where she was greeted by the horrifying smell of rotten flesh, and the sight of the people who she worked with, dead. She walked in holding Tyson, shocked trying to make sense of the scenery, her foot been grabbed by George who struggled to talk, until finally said “The boy... Kill...” were his last words. She turned around and a black man was standing there, his skin was rotten as well but it looked different, almost as if it was a different version of the disease. “Give me back Jemal” the Man said, she ran the other way hiding in the cafeteria still holding Tyson, who to her surprise was silent. She realized quickly that the Man was Tyson's.. no, Jemal's father.
Her husband arrived, Alex realizing she pocket dialled him, and as he walked in, Jemal's father grabbed her husband by the neck, and waited for the virus to spread, but to everyone's surprise he appeared to be immune. Alex quickly realized that she too was immune as she was holding Jemal. Alex's husband kicked Jemal's father in the stomach, he pushed him and then grabbed a stapler from the desk and beat Jemal's father to death with it. After the incident in the Metrolabs, the family moved to Miami, Florida, far away where they could start a new. Page and her father continued to call him Tyson, while Alex called him by his birth given name, Jemal.

Alex dedicated the following 13 years helping her son learn how to control, what she considered, his curse, and when page was a little older she helped her mother with research. Tyson's relationship with page was strong, she took him to see a new movie every Saturday, and they would play basketball together in the back yard all the time. When Page would be sad, he would always come to her room and the two would talk for hours, and it was obvious to everyone that he was very mature. Eventually Page moved out on her own with her best friend Lexy. Tyson also grew up to be great at painting, as it was one of Alex's research on him. Every week she would come by with new supplies and give him a new canvas and let him draw whatever was on his mind. Nowadays their house is full of his paintings, almost like a museum.

A few months ago, Alex and her husband were both killed in a car accident, which devastated Jemal so much he appeared to have lost control of his abilities, when police found the neighbours dead from an unknown infection. Page, knowing she's now immune, let Tyson move in with her for the time being while her friend Lexy was in France visiting her grandparents, or at least until she finds someone who can teach him to control his curse.

An eccentric, wise, and benevolent man who is often seen with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes and a small smile on his face. He wields mighty powers and sometimes can be found roaming around the Academy. His support staff aid in him in educating and running the academy.

Secretary: (Open)

The school's secretary, Ms. Haswell, is in charge of most of the administrative paperwork and record handling.

Dean: Currently under control by - DFA (Evil)

Mr. Sean, is the school's dean and is in charge of rewarding good behavior...or punishing bad behavior. He is also tasked with overwatching conflicts that may happen within the school, especially conflicts that take place between those that align themselves as "benign" and those who are "evil". There is a certain balance that must be kept.
Mr. Sean has the gift of intelligence and decisive thinking, making him an excellent tactician in conflicts and an important voice of the staff whenever meetings are conducted. He is strict in his punishments.

Nurse: (Open)

Ms. Rina is a very caring and empathetic young miss. She looks at the students under her care as her own children. As the school's nurse, she wields healing powers to cure ailments and heal injuries. Her clinic may be found on the fourth floor of the academy. She teaches medical courses within the clinic. Rumor has it that she may be bipolar...She is often seen with the school counselor, Mr. St. Markus

Klein St. Markus
A sage-like 27 year old white haired man who posseses a supernatural sensitivity towards his surroundings and other people's emotions and state of minds. He is also able to recieve premonitions and predictions of what might happen in the future through dreams or through spacing out. Often found outside the school, staring off into the horizon with a cigarette in his hands whenever he isn't busy, he finds himself contemplating of the state of the school and its students. He deeply cares for the student body. He is often seen with Ms. Rina.
