I had the idea of making a N'RP. Though with a certain battle system and what-not. It will have Chakra Rank and Learning Jutsu systems...I don't mean to advertise...I just know how to make the RP if people are interested.

Also how would the RP work?

Hey I'm new to the site, sorry for pestering but I came across a battle RP thread and I've got a question or three.

-What are these tier levels? And character sheets and all for Arena RPs?

-How is battle RP done here? (I learned the Emotive style; send an attack , opponent picks if it hits, misses, or he dodges, or attempts to counter unless I use logic against them to auto-hit them)
