How does the T1 aystem work, also element restrictions and such are allowed, the hits/health bar will just go into fractions, that's all.
If you want, I can lend you my chakra and village ranking systems. So then there's a limit on jutsu learning etc. Feel free to edit it to however you like.

Alex out of boredem turned his head towards Lilitu and answered her question.
"He broke it, is that not obvious?" Alex said, yelling across to the loud girl.
"And you in there, Akisa? Stop being a wimp and come on out!" Alex said to the boy in the bathroom, seeming to taunt him.
(Feel free to let me know if I should lower cursing or w.e)

Eh, it isn't less than adequate as it'll prove useful in PvP, if not I'll edit my backstory for a master in Japan who does the bits and bobs I want.
