How they got kidnapped into the games: Yukari Yakumo teleported her there to spite her.
Bio: (Again, if OCs are allowed I'll bother making a good bio) Cirno beat Yukari Yakumo in a game of Mah Jong, thus Yukari sent her to the Planet to spite her.
Skills: Flight.
Powers: She is skilled in Cryokinesis. She can attack in BOTH danmaku form and more worldy-known normal Cryokinetic attacks.
Final Smash: Perfect Freeze: In a huge danmaku pattern, she surrounds the whole stage in Ice Danmaku bullets making it near impossible to not be hit with them: Yes this includes very Agile, Time Stopper, Untangible, and Very Strong/Endurance based characters able to feel pain and be hit, any contact with a danmaku bullet will freeze you as well.
