Alright, what would you prefer I keep it at? His torture methods are gruesome and of course am willing to lower it down.
For his powers: He's a master Illusionist and an expert at Pyrokinesis, he is based off of Vega from Street Fighter, yes that means he's Spanish. His main form of attack is his claw.
