So if you could alter your post to reflect that I'd really appreciate it.I'm really sorry if that sounded condescending. It's just sort of how my words get when I'm trying to prove a point. Nothing against you and I'm not trying to be rude.

Ah, ok. That actually explains a lot, especially with the visual reference. I'll edit the post when I can to incorporate that. I would right now, but it's 3am and I just got back from (my other) work xD.
And I totally understand that you didn't mean to sound rude or condescending. Neither did I, if my post came off as such, or defensive, etc. Those links helped a lot to help create an image in my mind that I could use as a reference point.

I do have in mind a way that I could explain why Joy recognises Christian as being blind, but I'm worried that it would be too convenient and meta, so I'll run it by here, first:

One of Joy's only real friends at the orphanage was a blind girl who was similarly considered 'unadoptable' due in part to both her age and her condition.

I'm not too sure about adding that in there, though, since it wasn't explicitly mentioned in her character bio. Other than that, I could have her assume Christian is drunk or suffering from exhaustion due to his running so much, giving you the freedom to disclose his blindness in a way that doesn't take control away from you, if you like?

EDIT: Bugger it, I haven't had a chance to do anything relaxing all day, so I edited the post anyway. Went with the "Is he drunk or sick?" line, leaving you with the freedom to RP your character at your own discretion and give you the pleasure of dropping that knowledge bombshell for yourself ;P
Haha, that's why I'm envious of your ability to RP her so well! I don't think I have the writing ability to RP someone like Diamond faithfully!
And, done :)
Sorry if the quality is lacking. Day off today and for some reason a splitting headache appeared -_-'
Max smiled as he led Cass up to his dorm. Upon entering, he made a bee line for the closet, searching for a moment before pulling out a wool-lined denim jacket, slightly reminiscent of the style pilots wore during the second world war.
"Here you go." he said, handing Cass the jacket, "Come on in, I'll get stuff set up."

The first thing that was immediately noticeable about the room was its simplicity. There was an old vacuum tube television sitting atop an entertainment centre that looked like it had been purchased from a supermarket for maybe twenty dollars. Two console sat either side of the television, a Super Nintendo and a Sega Mega Drive, both with game cartridges inside, the latter sporting a copy of Sonic & Knuckles with Sonic 2 instead into the top of the cartridge while the former held a copy of Killer Instinct.
Everything about the room was… simple. There was no egyptian silk on the bed, no designer clothes in the closet, it was all very… normal.

Walking over to the television, Max switched on the TV and SNES before heading over to a small bar fridge, opening it. Inside was flavoured milk, chocolate, strawberry, villa and banana as well as several snake foods. Looking over at Cass, Max smiled, but inside his mind he was troubled at how calm he was. Cass was, quite literally, the first person who had ever been to his dorm room. He never allowed anyone else in, he had a standing agreement with the school. He should have been more tense than he currently was, but he wasn't, and he felt like that should have worried him, but it didn't.
Still, he looked over at Cass where she stood, her long red hair was still now that they were indoors and out of the breeze. Max continued to smile in spite of his disquieting thoughts.

"Thirsty?" He asked, offering a drink from the fridge as the Killer Instinct theme music started to play.
I'm actually just working on a post now, so Sun should have something to respond to soon. Thanks for waiting on me, guys :)

That's a stereotype, if one is 100% blind they don't require shades. The sunglasses are used for people who have enough eyeball functionality to see vague imprints and light sources. This is clinically blind and the remaining sight is often more of a hinderance because because the sudden light and dark contrast can be disorienting and painful. Those blind people use shades to block out that last 5% so it doesn't get in the way.

The only reason for someone like Christian to use shades would be as an identifier but as previously stated he doesn't like using those if he can help it.

Also just a note, unless someone has worked with the blind before there is very little chance of them associating fogged eyes with blindness. Light blue eyes that almost look like mist aren't that uncommon.

Ah, okay. I guess you and I have had different experiences with the blind then. Of the people I worked with, two of the clinically blind didn't use shades and the totally blind man did. When you say "blue eyes that are fogged over due to his blindness", my mind immediately goes to this.
Sorry, just interpreted things a little differently.

As for my suspicions... it seems more like the groups represent Chaos vs. Order as opposed to Good vs. Evil at the moment

Helix Vs. Dome reference :P

Looking at both options, I'm trying to think what Joy would be most likely prefer. Tia's group represents the authorities/govt. trying to keep a lid on things and, as I'm sure many of you could already tell, Joy has a deep distrust of authority figures and the govt. At the same time, however, the other groups intentions, goals and plans are not 100% known. Joy may not trust authority, but she isn't a terrorist either. She would need to know what the other side was planning so she could decide in her mind whether Cameron and his lot constitute "Freedom Fighters" or "Terrorists".
Done and posted. I took a little control of Chris, Prince, I hope you don't mind. Just a little bit of confused, blind stumbling.

EDIT: Also figured Chris, in his excitement, would have left any black shades he owns at home.
To say Joy was anxious was an understatement. She'd been taking a back road approach to leaving the city in an effort to escape traffic, only to run into heavy traffic anyway. She sat at the wheel of the car, drumming the steering wheel impatiently, looking out through the windshield when she saw it, a man running like a bat out of hell down the footpath, nimbly dodging and weaving his way past people and objects. Then, out of nowhere, the running man seemed to grab his head and stumble to a stop. Above his head, the limb of a nearby tree branch snapped and collapsed at the man's feet while somewhere nearby, there was the sound of glass shattering.
And then, just like that, nothing. The man rose uneasily to his feet, apparently unsure of where to go and what to do. He began to stumble around aimlessly for a moment, almost falling over as he stepped off the sidewalk and into the road, stumbling in front of Joy's car before coming to a stop, leaning on the hood.

The stranger was disheveled from his running, with short black hair and unkempt stubble. The whole incident seemed… off to Joy. The tree branch snapping at the same time as the man grabbing his head and the sound of glass shattering seemed too convenient, but considering the day she was having, Joy could just be getting paranoid, or rather, more paranoid than usual. The branch was probably old anyway and some kid probably hurled a ball through a window. Nevertheless, the man seemed lost, uneasy on his feet. Was he drunk? Suffering from exhaustion or dehydration? A dehydration headache would explain his grabbing his head at least, plus he had been running pretty fast when she had first seen him, not to mention the fact that his eyes seemed slightly unfocused and glazed over. Shifting the car into park, Joy opened her door, stepping out to walk around and address the stranger.

"Hey," she said gently, "You okay? You need some help?"

Every paranoid bone in her body was screaming to leave the guy and just keep driving, but the man clearly needed help. Joy may have been paranoid, but she wasn't paranoid enough to stop being a decent person.

Hey, if anyone's characters are free I think Christian could use some help.

I'm actually sitting down and looking at getting a post written now, so I think I'll have Joy pop up :)
