What kind of pace are you looking for? I can probably guarantee at least 2 or 3 posts a week. Posting more than that or multiple times a day depends on the hours I work. Is this OK?

As for setting, you could go the way of Orphan Black. They got characters with Canadian, Russian, American & British accents running around in an unnamed city in an unnamed country. Or go the way of DC Comics and just make up a city.

Holy crap! I work one 12hr shift and 6 pages of OC are added. Then another starts as I'm reading!
Anyways...
So, with a growing number of PCs may I suggest that when we post in IC we start with a the character's name at the top of the post? That way we're less likely to make mistakes on who is interacting with who.
Also, I see that we now have to had character relationships to our CSs...
Seeing as a couple of players have already added comments about Elena to their sheets I guess she be arriving at the school with my first in game post. Instead I'll have her arrive at the school a week before the school let out for vacation. So either the other characters met Elena and developed a first impression of her within those six or seven days, or they haven't. It's up to you guys.
Elena would know that River "effectively does not age". But, as of right now she wouldn't know the details as to why or how, the whole "replicate rather than split and form new cells". I'm not even sure how that works because that sounds like he has some weird form of mutant cancer :/
But, since you didn't describe it as a healing factor on your CS, I dunno... Elena would maybe describe it as Decelerated Aging.... if it came up in conversation.
Again a reminder. Worked a 12hr shift today & am scheduled to work another tomorrow. This means I most likely won't have my first post up until Friday.

There's definitely a good chance for Apollo to become Elena's favoritest teacher at the school
And thanks for the compliment. But really, she's just a mashup of two characters the actress I'm using as an avatar has played and then I turned that mashup into a mutant.
My work schedule is long and subject to change this month, and I'm currently scheduled quite a few 12hr shifts. So, if I don't post in IC tomorrow night, then I promise to post by Friday (my one day off this week).
My character has been submitted to both GMs for double the feedback.
Gonna be working a 12hr shift, but will hopefully have my character PMed to one of the Co-GMs late tonight.

I'm still interested in playing, I just have to rethink my character idea or come up with someone/thing different so I don't hold the game with slower postings. That and the fact that I'm scheduled to work 12hr shifts for 5 days straight this week may seriously delay me posting a CS.
I wasn't impressed with the episode that was suppose to lead into the spinoff. I didn't like it at all really, so I'm not heart broken that the series isn't happening.
