i'm finally getting a rp off the ground

I have had experience role playing at a old site known as Whookos forum (I was known as Death's messenger and Zeek on there). I've always had a interest in sci fi, movies, video games. For consoles I own a 3DS, 3DS xl, New 3DS xl, PS Vita, Wii U, Xbox one, Gamecube, N64, Gameboy Advance SP, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Pocket. I have a lot of games, from the Zelda, Mario, Smash, Mario kart, Halo, Assassin's Creed, Pokemon, and Monster Hunter.

Alex arrived at the Guild and saw a few people were there already, "so i'm not the only one noticed this" He said

Alex smiled and said "At your service, my lady" Alex then took the reigns and lead the horse forward following the others.
Alex saw the message and tried to log off. He couldn't, he then replied "I can't log off either." Alex then pulled out his sword and noticed that he almost could feel the weight of it in his hand. "that's odd it wasn't this heavy before." He then felt a breeze and said "what in the world is going on here, I never felt any of this before."
Alex then said " i'm on my way to the guild now." Alex then headed to the guild

He then went around doing some quests like he usually does. He then stopped for a sec looked around at the world and said "why am I getting a strange feeling right now."

i've had this idea for a while and i was wondering if anyone else would like to do it.
the basic premise is that we are in the same world but we are in a different city,i'd rather not copy the anime's storyline so the story will be one we make ourselves.
here is the OCC
It is the year 2525 and there has been a huge increase in the number people born with special abilities. These people are called NEXT. Most of their kind is hiding, but a few braves ones have decided to fight crime and save lives. Then companies began to sponsor these Heroes, by giving them money and equipment and then the hero will advertise that company's product. This has been going on for some time and the citizens are really getting use to the idea. This is year is going to be interesting, because there is now a whole new group of heroes in the picture now. Each with amazing abilities and rich sponsors. One company started filming the heroes in action and created Hero TV which is a show that shows all the escapades of these heroes and gives them points for arriving on scene, rescuing people, and arresting criminals.
(This is based on the anime Tiger and Bunny)
rules: no godmodding, only one super power, one sponsor, no killing or controlling other people's characters without permission, (btw try to avoid having your hero kill anyone because then they will be kicked off the show and can't come back, which means you can't do much in the rp)

Alex smiled and said "it looks worse than it is, but if it will make you feel better you can heal it.", Alex was a little shocked at how much this angel was worried about him, even though a few hours ago he was trying to kill her. Alex just kept smiling to keep her from worrying too much.
Alex and the leader both were fighting with such speed it seemed like a blur to some. Alex attempted to knock the sword our of the leader's hand but the leader was able to block it and cut Alex on the arm with the sword. Alex then backed up a bit and stood a little different than normal. The leader was confused but charged forward to attack. Alex then parried the strike and kick the leader in the chest. The leader was knocked to the ground and his sword fell away from him. Alex then jumped on top of the Leader and put one foot on his two arms and held the swords to his neck. "do you concede?" Alex said
the leader chuckled and said "well it looks like I have no choice." the leader then said "I concede"
Alex then got off the leader and put his swords away. The leader stood up and then turned to his men and said "our hunt is over return to the village." The leader was about to leave when he turned toward Alex and said "I wanted to fight you because I knew if you were under some spell you wouldn't have been able to fight like that."
Alex smiled and said "I figured that out."
Alex then turned around and started walking back toward the group, Brutus walking at his side the whole way back. Alex was holding the bleeding arm as they walked back to the group.
