We don't need to do the screenshots or w/e anyway. Atlas is familiar with mcedit (which he said is doable even for 1.8), and 1.8 vanilla even has some edit/copy tools of its own. We can copy the stuff over, just need to grab Giygas when he's around and have him let atlas do it.

Well, the only speedbump would be the screenshots bit. I'm not sure if it would be smarter to make custom profiles and hop back into the 1.7 world, or to upgrade the current server and then do it.

custom profiles is faster and easier, that's how I access our server, another with a recent snapshot, civcraft (which is 1.7.4 because of 5 billion addons), and my singleplayer creative worlds in the pre-1.8 releases.
