I should not have read this when I was about to tend to a customer. She kept asking what was I laughing about. I had to lie.

Now that's just untrue.Back in the day Spam wasn't a shitposter's refuse ridden haven, it was its own community where dialogue ranged from lolboobs to gnarly conversations regarding socioeconomics and politics. Spam is what you make it. It's the Wild West of RPG.It's all, like, in your mind .

The fact that Spam tolerated Nat for years tells me no one here has the right to criticize thread topics for the rest of forever.

I tolerated him, but then I haven't really criticized what topics people posted so much. and I've been known to semi-shitpost, so I probably wouldn't be one to judge, but whatever.

I don't think there's much, if anything, most people could have done about Nat. It's not like the usual spam outrage ever moved him an inch. At the end of the day it was going to be about if he broke the rules, and that was obviously out of our hands.

Cuz shoving it in the bottom drawer was so hard. Or hanging it in the back of the closet and not even looking at it? I almost strained my arm.

Negative numbers, bro, get at me.Gaming is important, sure. The industry is bigger than Hollywood. But gaming journalism? The stakes are microscopic. I'm not saying "hey man, why are you talking about journalistic integrity when ISIS is committing atrocities in the Middle East." That would be stupid. But hey, man, people can do what they do.
