Personality: Philip is a slightly reserved individual. He seeks knowledge, and mastery of his abilities in order to become a great Angelic Warrior. But has some issues with his own kind and wants to learn about the rest of the world. His powers represent this dichotomy, he has the typical light based abilities that most Angels pick up easily, but he also has the ability to warp gravity, a power often associated with darkness. He may take a while to open up, but has good intentions at heart.

Bio: Philip was born a pure Angel, to one of the largest and most prominent families. Every firstborn in his family was expected to become a great Knight and work for heaven's interests. However, he did not feel very motivated to go along with all of his families desires. He had been training to fight from a young age and enjoyed it, but had issues taking orders and working with a set schedule. He wanted out of his militaristic family.

His younger sister shared his desires and always looked up to him, they decided to learn on their own. They began studying other forms of magic and learned about an academy that offered training for all. They gathered up all their possessions and descended from their home. Without their families approval of course. Both runaways managed to get to Final Academy without much trouble, and were offered protection from being reclaimed.

Power 1: Light Energy manipulation: Philip can bend light as he pleases, focusing it into lasers, blinding an opponent, creating shadows, and using it for the occasional ethereal purposes. Light can also be used to erect barriers, and is the overall more defensive of his two powers.

Power 2: Gravity manipulation: Philip can create wells of gravity, increase or decrease the gravity of objects, change it's direction, and use it to alter his own physical abilities to an extent. Gravity is highly offensive in nature.

Optional

Ability: Flight: His wings are hidden unless he intends to use them.
Special Item: His weapon, the Ghost Edge. A Katana made specifically for him. The weapon grows with him and his abilities and works as both an indestructible weapon and a conduit for his magics. It has a supernatural attraction to him and can be summoned to his hand at any time from anywhere.

Tell me if you would like anything changed. I may put up his sister as a second character later.

You all have a choice here. Even though I have plot events set up I like to give my players as much freedom as possible. You can either take the private room offer or one of you can suggest an alternative.

Also Michael IS an NPC, so I trust you all to use him well. He is very plot important though (connected to the plot twist at the end)

Beatrice spoke something of teamwork. Teamwork, yes that was important. Probably it was a good idea. The four mages were not the most welcoming bunch, and he could detect a whiff of racism from some of them. That would make this investigation... interesting to say the least. Then the eldest brought up pay. Specifically from him. At this moment, the bartender who had been keenly listening into the conversation stepped up

"The werewolf here is not the one with the reward, I however, am." The aged vampire hoped his reputation preceded him and would garner attention of the wizards and witch before him. "The 'dog' here" He did visible airquotes around the common racial slur "Has been working for me for some time here. And everything he is telling you is directly from me." He patted Cyrus on the back and leaned into to whisper into his ear. "An employee of mine shall sort things out at your place for you. He shall also acquire your possessions and bring them here." He stood back and addressed the group "Now, my aspiring hunters, I can prepare a private, soundproof room for you to discuss, should you so wish." He smiled an appealing smile that showed off his fangs.

Cyrus was taken aback, usually Michael did not get involved in hunts. He knew that the bartender had put up the bill in the first place and it's solution was very important to him. But he usually left the vigilante movement alone.

Like hell! I don't think it's that hard to create a program that puts blank space on the remaining pixels.

EDIT: just as a qualifier, I am being facetious. I'm grateful the MS paint unicorns are gone.
