They're effective in moderation, but you do tend to overuse them. I think it makes you seem cautious or dithering to be honest but if you like them go for it.

All those elipses probably eroded your literary abilities.

Thanks. There's a nice joke in there for Hearthstone players as well.

Find an easy to use, point & click interface chat, that requires no downloads, and supports freely made user rooms.Good luck.Yahoo was all of that, until....late '98 or late '99 when they received one too many complaints about some of what went on in some other user rooms.I searched for years for something similar to Yahoo, but never found it.

Wasn't really confusing....It was just like....well...Each subsection was it's own world, and most people stuck to their "world", for one reason or another....one of the primary reasons, was there was two kinds of semi-formalized fighting systems in play: T1 and T2. T1....I think, was also known as Para (Short for paragraph), and T2, was Speed (One liners). A&E was predominantly paragraph posters, while Teen, and I thing Games were mostly Speed posters.Otherwise? Anything, everything, and etc was allowed. You'd have Saiyans brawling next to trekkies, next to chimeras, next to dragons, elves, kobolds, and vampires (can't forget the vampires....because motherfuckers were ). Hell, there were tribes of Yautja, people playing random monsters, gunslingers, mecha pilots to starship captains. All in one fuckin bar.Shit. Listen to me waxing poetic about shit from over 15 goddamn, motherfuckin years ago.

Just...a RP Clan/Kingdom...thing. Chat RP in Yahoo was very different from board RP back then, in the vague sense that each subsection (Arts & Entertainment, Games, etc) was its own "realm" that the user created rooms became a part of the whole. Thus, in Arts & Entertainment at least, you had clans, kingdoms, and assorted other groups and factions, all just doing their things. Sometimes wars would spring up, and all sorts of other teenage, angsty drama. Now figure this: There was no segregation between tech and magic. There was segregation of any kind. Now, SHARE THIS POST HEATHEN!Meanwhile, I'll go back to tripping nostalgia balls reading people's names alone in the Yahoo Groups thin the clan had. Fuck.....man....nostagia-explosion.....everywhere.

Not sure if OP is a attention whore or trying to be edgy, or both.

.....Outside of the 5 or so people I keep in contact with since my Yahoo Chat Rp days, I have no idea what's happened to the people I knew as acquaintances, or friends. I think someone published a book recently...ish, that was loosely based off of a clan I was a part of back in 1998 or so.
