Shiro looked up as Oichi entered. He had been in the middle of doing a kenjutsu exercise which required him to slash through six bamboo mats at once. He had just completed the cut and sheathed his blade when she walked in. Shiro looked down at the floor his face turning somewhat red "H....HI Oichi" he said stuttering the first part.

The girl ran away into the rain and he stumbled away from the location instead going into the city. He pulled out his cell phone and made a call to one of his few contacts. The line clicked as the man answered it "Yeah Trace its Vex ive had an incident involving the hybrids and need immediate medical attention. Lock onto the phone" Vex said as he passed out against an alley his hand still on his knife and as he dropped the phone.

Lucius had been wandering the tunnels under the city for days. He was unable to return to human form and still looked like a demon. Suddenly he could hear fighting from above then it subsided and all was quiet. Then he heard it Sonja's voice and soon after a thud from its location. Not thinking he burst from the ground about five feet from her flames covering his skin and his eyes burning as he rushed forward and grabbed her running into the ruins of the city as fast as he could.

well seeing as how that just went down I think hot head has effectively made Vex side with the humans for the time being.

He was blasted off his feet and onto the ground his hand burned. Grabbing a grenade off his vest which happened to be a flash bang he threw it into the middle of the street his shades saving him from the effect. Rushing forward he grabbed the girls hand and ran her blindly down the streets trying to make it back to the fence. As he did this his free hand the unburned one grabbed the blade of his knife seeing as how he had left his guns behind. As he ran Vex said to the girl " We have to get the hell out of here it isn't safe if we keep going straight it will make it to the city. If any of them follow us and we cant get away keep going and ill hold them off at least ill hold them off as long as I can.". Well this is just turning out to be one hell of a day he thought.

His hand was stabbed and Vex winced as he opened up on the man with the assault rifle at point blank range emptying the 30 round magazine in an unavoidable spray.

The man jumped at him grabbing the barrel of his gun yelling "BACK THE HELL UP!". Drawing his subcompact with his forward hand he put it to the mans head before he could move. Smiling Vex retorted "I think that given the current situation you should be the one backing the hell up". He looked and the girl was cowering behind the winged one. Dammit must have misread the situation this is what I get for trying to do some good. he thought as he surveyed his situation. he clicked his tongue and looked the guy whose head his gun was to in the eyes. "Look man I don't have no stakes here other than some shit pay and food that aint worth dying for I do however have objections to leaving a girl here. So like I said ill tell you what back off and ill take the girl back safely to the city with me where she can go back to her parents or make your next move and either you or both of us die here." Vex said in a very calm controlled voice.

Aureo heard the man drawing the sword from the bag and even if he hadn't he would have herd the enormous beast lunging forward. Diving to the side Aureo rolled and came up on his feet sprinting through the trees again. As he came to the main tree he ducked behind it and began charging his TK energy again. His vision modes glaring he watched the others muttering to himself "come on just a little more time".
