name: Michael

age: 17

appearance: Michael is large for his age standing at 6'1 and solidly built. He is 185 pounds of muscle and rage. He has a black faux hawk and black beard that follows his jawline. His eyes are crimson and seem to glow. He wears military combat gear. This includes a black uniform and black combat boots. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder of a Gemini sign, but it is usually covered by his uniform.

powers: Michael can create and manipulate fire using his inner energy. This energy is called Ether and is his life force. Some of his abilities are as follows.

Firebolt: He generates an orb of fire in his hand and throws it at the opponent. This ball of fire moves at around the same speed as a professional baseball pitchers throw. This flame burns at an intensity high enough to instantly melt steel. Requires no charge, but can only use one in each hand.

Flame wave: He creates a wave of fire that rushes towards the opponent. This fire burns at the same temperature as his firebolt. This attack has a two turn cooldown.

Blazing defense: He can channel his Ether to make energy shields. He can only make these when he is performing a block with his hands. These fields are extremely strong, but can only be made over the blocking surface. These shields have no cooldown.

Burning offense: Michael can use his Ether to empower his strikes. When he punches, kicks, knees, or elbows he can generate thermal energy and put it into the strike. On top of him hitting them he is burning them. When he does this it generates a small kinetic impact such as that of a bullet hitting them as well as burning them. This impact and flames do not hurt him. This attack requires no cooldown, but requires him to attack with his body.

attributes: These are due to intense training, and the Ether that burns in him.

strength: He is stronger than an average human, but not enough to make him godlike. He can lift his own weight with one hand easily. He can throw other men, but cannot lift things like cars.

speed: He is extremely fast. An Olympic track runner would be unable to keep up with him. He pushes past human limitations being able to run 65 mph steadily. When he sprints he can reach up to 80 mph, but it is only for a very short time.

agility: He is extremely agile and adept at parkour. With his enhanced physique he can easily run parallel along walls and even up some. He is able of performing amazing acrobatic feats. These include flips, spins, rolls, and tucks.

durability: This is where Michael and others like him are lacking. He is barely more durable than a professional athlete. Bullets can kill him as can other things.

history: Michael was adopted by a well off family, and raised along with their son. When they were both sixteen they went to enlist in the military. Undergoing a test they were both found to have the power of Ether. They wee put into a special military academy and have fought together ever since. Recently Michael has gone AWOL and is now serving the entire world as best he can.

I would like to submit this character as a tier 3 entry and would enjoy playing him more than Adrian.

This armor is made of regular cloth and leather. It holds no special properties, but due to his strength it does not hinder movement at all.

sword

This weapon is his only weapon other than his natural attributes. He was raised using this weapon and is a master of it in all rights and regards. It is extremely durable, and fires .50 caliber rounds. These bullets travel at high velocity, and come from a barrel that runs along the spine of the blade. This sword is always as sharp as a razor and cannot be dulled. He always carries at least 20 shots for his gunblade with him.

bike

This bike can move up to 700 mph. However when riding at that speed Storm cannot fight and must focus all of his attention on driving. He can fight at 600 mph and can also drive while doing so. He has been locked in intense battles astride this bike before and is therefore able to maneuver it and fight astride it naturally.

stats/ abilities: These are due to the disease he was born with. However when he received Martyr training they enhanced them even further. On top of this the augmentations he went through during Martyr training stopped his aging process.

strength: He is able to lift seven tons and throw it with effort. He can lift up to nine tons but must remain stationary to do so.

speed: He is extremely fast and can barely be seen when in combat. To a normal human he would appear as nothing more than a blur of black and silver. His gunblade bringing death and desolation. His maximum sprinting speed is around 300 miles per hour. He can swing his sword fast enough to block bullets and his reaction time is fast enough to allow him to do so.

Endurance: His body underwent changes during the process of becoming a Martyr and the disease changed it as well. He can take multiple shots from handguns and rifles, but with enough fire they can bring him down. He has the same vital spots as humans but his muscle is denser and harder to cut through. He does have to rely on skill, because if someone does shoot him enough he can and will die.

dexterity: He is able to multi task effortlessly. He can shoot and fight with his gunblade while moving 600 miles an hour on his motorcycle. His reaction time is almost instantaneous able to analyze a situation and react in mere fractions of a second.

bio: He was born with an extremely rare disease that killed all but .5 percent of those who got it. However those who survived were immune to toxins, and had enhanced attributes for all of their lives. A government discovered these people and using them as what they called "Martyrs" took over the world. Storm was raised as a child to be one of these Martyrs. He was one and underwent all of the training, he even ecame one of the best amongst their ranks. As he trained and grew up he had two friends that followed him. When Storm finally saw the corruption of the government he broke away and started a revolution. One of his friends followed, but the other a boy named Creed did not. Creed remained loyal to the government and led their armies against Storm and his few followers. The second of Storm's friends was named Revelation. They met on the battlefield and though Revelation disarmed Creed he couldn't bring himself to kill him. Creed quickly grabbed his blade and plunged it into Revelations heart. Seeing his closest childhood friends fighting and then seeing the one he considered a brother murdered before him Storm snapped. His anger turned to bloodlust. Storm and Creed met upon the battlefield surrounded by burning corpses and broken memories. Storm's rage granted him strength that even Creed couldn't match and Creed was defeated. Creed begged for mercy at Storms feet, but the Storm cared not. Storm plunged his blade deep into Creed's heart and then pulled the trigger ending his life. Thus ended the revolution Storm had lost. All of his men were dead and there was nothing left but to run. So Storm disappeared and now searches for a way to end this government.

lootable items: He carries four stones that each glow with a mystical aura. These stones each allow the user to augment a weapon of theirs with a particular element of its stone. He can only use one of those stones and it is unlootable it is the fire stone. However there are three that are earth, wind, and water. He cannot use these, but if another combatant defeats him they can take them and use them. When used the allow the weapon to fire or throw lines of them at an opponent.

stones:
(non lootable) fire: This allows the user to project an incendiary blast from the weapon. In the case of Storm it allows his blade to fire flaming bullets. These bullets burn at 2200 degrees Celsius. This does not alter the round it still has all the power of a normal bullet with the added burning benefits

earth: allows the user to slam the object into the ground making a line of spikes jut out towards the target. The line of spikes is three times the length of the weapon augmented and the spikes are the size of the weapon.

Water: the user can make their weapon throw lines of water at the opponent like whips that cut them. They can only make one whip at a time and it is nine feet long maximum.

air: the user can sheathe their weapon in wind making an ultra fine cutting blade. On top of this they can make the weapon deliver gusts of wind with each slash. The wind speed on these gusts are roughly 40 mph.
