Plastic Man just popped his head out of the ball form long enough to see Apollo getting launched by Doomsday. After cringing a little Plastic Man quickly changed himself back to normal. Watching Apollo sailing towards him through the air. Having to think almost too quickly for himself, Plas changed himself into a large trampoline, catching Apollo and gently letting him back to the ground. "There, that should keep us even..." Plastic Man said to Apollo after going back to normal and checking up on him. Though his attention quickly changed when he realized Doomsday had him now in his crosshairs.
Plastic Man men if he didn't move Apollo would get hurt more, so with a squirm and sigh he dashed at Doomsday, slipping and stretching right under the hulking monster man thing. Turning quickly Plastic Man felt himself needing to crane his neck up just to see the thing's head, making him swallow in fear. Suddenly Doomsday swung at him, Plas compressing himself and ducking, another swing and Plas stretched his midsection out of the way. Finally Plastic Man quickly stretched himself out in all directions, grabbing hold of doomsday in a giant red wrapping. Feeling the beast man pulling and tugging to and fro. Plastic Man screaming the entire time. "WHYDIDIDOTHISTHISISSUCHASTUPIDIDEAWHYDOIMAKESTUPIDDECISIONSONGODSOMEONEHELPEASE!!!!!!!!!"

Eh, considering this is at the beginning might I suggest jean anyways? Bringing x-23 in right at the start even considering Woverine's history seems weird.
I'll look through the sheets tonight or tomorrow, since doing it through a tiny iPhone screen is a pain. So in the meantime the deadline for any profiles is tomorrow at 7pm est us time.

Well I take it from a basic standpoint, Luke would someone to shy away from people, someone who would study a person from afar long before engaging. Thomas has a almost unnatural feel to him. Completely loves America, toe headed blue eyed perfection. It's not hate just feeling unnerved by him. If Thomas plays his cards right he'll get Luke's trust. Truthfully Luke isn't really THAT keen on anyone right now except maybe Apollo, and even then his some Greek demigod guy? Gotta be careful about that....
The ear piercing girly scream Luke let out was something to behold....
Sure Plastic Man was a bit nervous taking the war room for a test run like this. It was such a strange, creepy concept. Some VR simulator that produced things that could hit you and hurt. Sure he got th purpose behind it but it was still an unnerving experience. Unnerving though turned quickly to complete and utter fear at the sight of... him.
The thing known as Doomsday...
Quickly and instinctly Plastic Man went right away with his first thought. Ducking behind Apollo and praying he'd wake up from the nightmare soon. Wimpering and too scared to even hyper ventilate Plastic Man curled himself up into a small tight ball that shook lighty. Maybe doomsday simbot won't notice him?!

Considering its clear what with female Gambit, and gay male Rogue, even a Toad and a Blob who are in a way X-Men's Jay and Silent Bob. That this is fairly leinent on who you play and how. So if you looked through all of the characters who are mutants (and lord know there is a lot... A LOT of them) and you can't find any that you like in some way, shape, or form. That's on you and a lack of imagination. Hell I can drop a few off the dome all freestyle like...
One idea I considered was Iceman being a Shaun White figure, incredibly gifted snowboarder who was world famous before disappearing off the map, since he got his powers. He rides his ice waves on a specially made board that quickly attaches and detaches from his boots, allowing for transportation and a handy melds weapon.
Angel, taking a bit of a cue from Ultimate Thor, possibly May or may not being an actual angel fallen from Heaven. There is speculation, but no only really knows for sure.
Psylocke not being an actual person but a telekinetic spiritual being that travels from body to body.
Those are some just off the top of my head, give me some leg way and I'm sure I could come up with more.

I didn't realize there was nothing with the order that suggested cyber knight ordered it. Sorry.
When the pizza arrived Luke was surprised to learn that it was already paid for, turns out Cyber Knight had handled the transaction herself. That and the fact that someone got the door so they didn't have to see weird slimy melty Plastic Man.
As the days progressed from that 'learning experience', Luke started to feel less and less good about his superhero endeavor. Sure he put the cold guy down, but then he watched the same villain got the living s-word beaten out of him. That plus being turned into plastic man goo didn't do much for Luke's confidence. Sure he was getting along with some of his new teammates. Orbit in particular seemed cool, Apollo didn't seem to shabby either. Still Cyber Knight bothered him, much more than just the usual 'almost getting set on fire' stuff. It's the dead feel she lets on, the cold emotionless. Patriot was another one, although he wasn't nearly the robot she was, there was still an unsettling... Thing to him. Something not there, or something fake. Luke couldn't decide what it is. Regardless Luke took his cue, bouncing into the harshly sounding war room as some of the others were there. "This isn't going to end with me melted on Apollo again is it?" He meekly asked aloud as he went from ball form to normal. Adjusting his shades down to cover his eyes.

Possibly, since that just happened to me in another rp so it is a subject to me that requires addressing. The other thing I was thinking was making blue and gold teams who either handle two different operations or two parts of a single one.
