As the story progresses you will be subjected to choices which will be morally dubious and emotionally stressing. Certain choices will lower your Legend rating while others raise it. As the rating rises, you will be afforded stronger and more varied powers as well as access to special areas and equipment. However, the higher your rating, the more difficult enemies are.
