Pete stepped out of the pod, sipping his half-full beaker of rotgut. Looking around, he saw Bee and Jack! Pete dropped his beaker in surprise, where it shattered on the floor and began sizzling ominously. Moving at something close to a sprint and a joyous skip, Pete ran forward to Cirno's igloo and gave a spectacular flying hug to Jack. Clearly, Pete thought, through a rapidly-diminishing haze of drunkenness, this was a new chance. I'll get my chance to take these guys out yet! Pete squeezed Jack as he gleefully clung to Jack's back in gargle-blasted bliss.
Still, teleportation and insta-avoidance are big no-nos. I'm not going to go into the acres of personal bias I have against OC vampires that are basically WoDpires with the weaknesses filed off, but they've got some nastily abuseable powers.
Aw...tsk....I can live without teleporting, but I can't suspend projectiles and magicks in midair? WoDpires? Also, Vitae Manipulation is a TRUE vampire's spirit, it is another source of magic, available only to vampires, it is anti magical, and has many uses.
Have you ever heard of Vampire: The Masquerade or Vampire: The Requiem? They're fantastic tabletop games, exploring the depths of what it means to be a Vampire, and the nightly struggles of coping with having to injure to survive. You've made characters that basically seem like Tremere vampires but without such silly things as "relevant specialization" or "personal faults" or "relevance to being vampires". Personally, I'm curious as to how they'd fit in with either faction, as neither of them seem very useful in military engagements (being vampires) so Shadow Eternity wouldn't want them, and they're vampires, so UMMA's going to keep them on a short leash. Also, if Vita Manipulation is anti-magical, how is it a source of magic?

I'm not trying to speak any guff about your writing skills, but I generally find it's real hard to insert three characters at once into a currently-running game. I'd probably start with one and add more as your character got acclimated to the setting. Oh, and just a reminder: post your CS here so it can be accepted.
Five characters is a bit much, don't you think?
Neo-Umbrella's Siberian Facility 3...2...1...Time's up, Pelinal thought. He nodded at Ronly Jones, who delicately tossed the grenade into the warehouse. Rolling with a barely-noticeable rattling sound, it gently tapped against a massive shipping container. With a loud 'pssssh' noise, the grenade released a prodigious supply of opaque, stinging tear gas that filled the warehouse within seconds. Hampus and Clifford Nobles' lungs filled with the gas as it enveloped them. "Secure masks, and secure with LTL force," Sergeant Pelinal ordered, as both squads rounded the doorway's corners and began stalking through the warehouse. It appeared that most guards had come outside during the battle, but it was best to be safe when dealing with armed individuals. "Get down on your knees or be terminated!" Flint Marko shouted to the warehouse in general, as he searched for hostiles. Listening intently and acting quickly, he managed to catch a fleeing guard in the back with his boot as he tried to escape to fresh air. As the guard was sent sprawling, Marko leaped down and held the guard down with his foot. "Don't move, creep." he snarled. Private Ingvar managed to find Hampus and Clifford as they coughed and sputtered, and raised his gun. "Both of you, lay down with your hands behind your head. Now!" Realizing that it probably wouldn't do to obliterate his targets, Ingvar switched his Lawbreaker to use Standard rounds. Though a gunshot would invariably be fatal to Hampus and immediately life-threatening to Clifford, Ingvar didn't want to paint his mask with blood again. Lieutenant Morgan was pissed the last time he did that!
Upgrades for me are...
-Ship Upgrades-
Pete's pod is now officially Bigger On The Inside. Though from the outside it's still the same apartment-sized vehicle, it's now at least large enough from the inside to fill a wing of the space station it came from. The pod now has a few new rooms and a revolutionary new engine system.
  • Cargo Bay - With a brand-new Autolathe, a Robot (and Exosuit) Parts-construction Console, a direct link to Nanotrasen Central Command's supply warehouse, and a good-sized hangar to fit these new additions, the Cargo Bay is the center of the Petepod's industry.
  • Genetics Lab - Equipped with a cloning pod for making imperfect copies of dead creatures and a DNA modifier for making living creatures into super/sub-humans, the Genetics Lab is a slow but steady way to ensure Pete's got a supply of brains and bodies.
  • Xenobiology Lab - With four holding cells for xenofauna, two immature Grey Slimes for breeding purposes, a box of dehydrated monkey-cubes, and three hydroponics trays for xenoflora, the Xenobio Lab is excellent for keeping and experimenting on the freaks and geeks Pete captures in his travels.
-Bluespace Compatibility-
Since this is too big a change just to fit in the generic ship upgrades, I added this. The Petepod now has a sustainable power source in a miniature Singularity drive. By harnessing the power of the Singularity, Petepod is partially submerged in the nebulous dimension of Bluespace. Pete can now teleport his ship to anywhere he has left a Tracking Beacon. Tracking Beacons are notoriously flimsy, but partially act as anchors against the degenerate effects of an Avatar leaving a universe.
-Your Problem Now Field-
Pete now projects a field around him that subtly changes the laws of physics and basic biology around him to match them as they appear in Space Station 13. It has no noticeable effect beyond a few certain aspects, namely in conservation of matter and the way muscles tense up when struck. These effects are described as such:
  • Certain states of matter are now measured in Units. One Unit is approximately 25 ml for liquid chemicals, 1 kg for solid minerals, and 50 kPa for oxygen, nitrogen, helium, and gaseous Plasma.
  • Tools and construction are now significantly simplified. All sorts of furniture can be made by hand with nothing but one or two units of a solid mineral. However, even basic handheld tools must be constructed via an Autolathe, Protolathe, or specialized vending machine.
  • Basic physical exertion is both significantly less lethal and significantly more. Becoming tired is a thing of the past, and now people can sprint at full speed indefinitely. However, anything that is capable of knocking someone over will now fully paralyze them from the neck-down for a pre-determined amount of time. Slipping on water or by being pushed will paralyze someone for a mere 2 seconds. Slipping on Space Lube will paralyze them for a full 10 seconds. Suffering from an electric shock will paralyze them for 30 seconds. Being injected with paralytic toxins will paralyze them for several minutes, with the exact duration depending on how healthy the victim is. Non-humanoids are entirely exempt from this, in addition to no longer suffering from anatomical damage; they are either still kicking and raring to go, or they are incapacitated. There is no way for a humanoid to prevent being paralyzed if they are slipped/stunned/poisoned, but Hulks take a significant amount of electrical charge to bring into paralysis.
  • Pete is now creatively bankrupt. He can still create and research anything that appears in Space Station 13, but he will never invent anything beyond that. Though he can commandeer and utilize any technology he comes across of any material, he can only ever deconstruct it into the same Glass, Iron, Plasteel, Plasma, Uranium, Gold, Silver, Diamond, Bananium, and Phazon-Metal that appears in Space Station 13, and he can only ever figure out how to create Space Station 13-born tools from researching it. However, this does not restrict him from creatively utilizing what few tools he can create to make up for his industrial shortcomings.
This field extends to everything Pete will ever make. For Pete himself, the field extends to a radius of nine yards. For intelligent creations of Pete's, the field extends to three yards. For unintelligent creations and inanimate objects, this field extends only as far as the object's volume, and cannot be transferred by touch.
Cuban Pete, still in his pod and still firing lasers, was teleported just a few yards above the street. A searing-hot laser shot forward and struck Deadpool's still form, reducing him to a rapidly-cooling cloud of carbon and protein and showering the others with chunks of molten glass. Pete, drunk as a skunk and staring through a debris-clouded windshield, didn't even notice the sudden change of location until his lasers had bored a crater fifteen feet deep in the sand. With an unsteady flick of his finger, Pete shut off his weapons and thrusters. With a loud 'CLUNK', the pod fell to the floor and landed on its underside. Disappointed that he didn't manage to destroy the castle before he was forced to leave, Pete left his pod and stared blearily at the crowd of Avatars around him. Through a haze of crystallizing alcohol, Pete barely recognized Bee and Ajax as the people he thought had been killed in Hyrule.
Are Cinder and Charlotte at the same research facility as Simmons and the SE guys are attacking?
This seems like it's just going to make you interact less with the world around you. Why bother going for walks and hanging with the gang when you can just throw a party in your pet turtle's bitchin' condo?
