I am me. Thats about it.
Roleplay wise, high free through to casual. I like anything non normal. so scifi, apocalyptic, steampunk, fantasy, anything other than day to day humdrum.
I love world building. I am happy to just build a world for a roleplay and let it be populated and used by others.

I am online and offline sporadicly as the mood takes me. so expect irregular responses.

So/So. I would love to upload my maps, but as for now I don't have a scanner. since we're using a world map what I'm going to do is take a world map, put it on a google drive and we can edit from there, if you have a google account. that way anyone can see it and we can make it huge (info wise)

It covers the BASICS of surviving out in the wild. For a example, A mastery 400 Survivalist will not be able to hunt what a Mastery 400 hunter can, However he can also; Cook, butcher, fish, locate and harvest herbs, brew basic potions. Its much more useful for a solo player than in a group. Though in a group one can fill many roles.

Bag of Item; Any object placed in this bag is reduced to 1/12th its orignial size, and mass ect. and can only be dispelled by a command word from the owner or a sharp knock, Any item that could fit in the bag at 1/12th size fits when full size.
Broach of Wisdom; Gives a 10% boost to Int and Willpower.

Miscellaneous Items: a few 'pots' and half a dozen teleport crystals. A blessed Necklace granting 5% Dark resistance. His glasses. standard Travel gear and enough stuff to allow him to use his Survivalism skills

Faction: Debauchery Tea Party, A small Clan He made that is of the opinion 'Screw everyone else, We want to enjoy what we've got.' In short, If others want to try and get out, Let them, If others want to try and stop them, Let them. We're in it for the Here and Now. Lets have some fun. and get some sick gear on the way.

Personality: Nathaniel is Polite and welcoming, Something that is reflected in his habit of sharing his camp with anyone who happens to be passing with asking nothing in return. He enjoys the company of others and is highly accepting of others opinions and actions. He dislikes those who are violent for violence's sake and use force to oppress others, He thinks that everyone should have a chance at doing what they please. He loves talking to others and learning new things from them and about them. Often offering to share some of his own experiences in return for new information.

However this constant thirst for knowledge and open personality is balanced by a ice cold deliberation and a heart of iron. When roused to anger Nathaniel is capable of going to great lengths to destroy his foe, even going as so far as at one point working his way through a guild's ranks just to kick out one of the mid-ranking players parties and disbanding it. He Hates those who would see what he calls as "The Transfer" as a chance to take advantage of others and cause problems.

History: Nathaniel was a standard collage kid, doing sciences and computer technology at his Sixth Form, he never enjoyed the company of those around him, to focused on sports and bein the 'cool kid' for his liking, he focused on learning new things and mastering anything he could get his hands on, He loved NTO for how much it had to offer, Waking up in it was a bit disconserting but he was one of the first on his feet and set about re-aranging his own self to the new world, mastering his skills again learning how to use them in combat without having to go through the hotbar, He very rapidly became one of those at the forefront of the game, pushing all he could, Though when it came to the island he seemed to fade out, he refused to try and raid it, Preferring to ask the Dev's for more content outside of it and aggressively pursuing that, pushing everything but the island. Though when asked he simply shrugged and said it didn't matter to him either way.

"Oh yes, they would not be affected by standard tech, but the thing is, I cannot use old weapons, bows crumble to dust in my hands, swords rust away. Its a bit of a faff if you ask me." He settled back, finishing the spider with one hand. "It cannot give me love, I agree, but it gives me all I need. I know how to use any weapon you so chose to give me. if it is not of a old style, for those simply fade away. as for when, I use weapons when all other options have been exhausted. for there is no point in a senseless waste of energy and information." He put the headphones on and tapped them a few times, swapping them on to a music player. It seemed he was done with the conversation, satisfied that any further communication was a waste.

not my call man, but it couldnt hurt to make up a few key places with like a paragraph of history/facts each... so you think you can make like 3 towns for me? nothing huge lets say 1 large trader town and 2 smaller towns?? we can leave the cities till later.This will just speed up map making later =)


1 large trade town 2 smaller towns, Ok, Naming style will be fantasy western;

Large town;

Name; Alkharn
A larger trading town that grew up around a massive tree, some call it a 'world tree' this tree is of a strange type, Rare in NTO, famed for its magical properties, The town itself trades well, being on the confluence of two rivers and slap bang between two of the biggest cities, it is a common waypoint for travelers, Its main outgoings are magical staffs of a medium level, Magical charms of a lower level, And basic magic enhanced weapons, primarily those which can be made with wooden handles or such. Though its most famed exports are the Ever sought 'Alk Bows' these bows made from the 'World Tree' do not need ammunition and generate such when drawn. often they come with other magical properties.

Small town 1;
Lacru
less of a town, more of a outpost, in the far north there is the town of Lacru, the final outpost before the barren wastelands of the icy north. famed for its hardy norse warriors, and legendary fishing spots. The few that seak it out are either on a journey to the depths of the north for items and monsters of epic proportions. Or they are master fishermen hunting for orca and sharks.

Small town 2;
Caliban
Caliban is a little town on the western fringes of 'america' nothing much is notable about such a place, exept for the fantastically low house prices and nice land. situated in the middle of a forest, if one was looking to settle somewhere for a while, they would look to Caliban. even the forest itself isn't that notable, not even rare monsters, Infact the entire area is almost notable for its un-notable-ness.

Nope. You're the only other Co-GM/mod I'm offering my serveces as kinda a Lore-creator and shit, Though if you want a co-gm or what have you I'm good for that.

What we could do with is some form of map/details on the geography of the game world. Even something simple like a brief list of major cities would be useful.


That shouldn't be massivly hard, I'm used to running D&D sessions so if anything is needed just ask at me. I'm pretty good with that shit it won't be pretty mind you.
If ya want I can do world stats 'n shit, Like currency, the rarity system. how items are priced. so on and so forth. basicly economy and world building.
