Svana Olfräd

.:. Auburn Hair | 5'7" | 133lbs | Dark Emerald Eyes .:.

Name: Svana Olfräd
Title: Huscarl
Interests: Ascension and Honor in battle.
Favored Weapon: Long sword.

Appearance:
Svana is a young woman of only nineteen years, her body nearly without blemish with only few scars often hidden behind her leather armor. Her hair is rather long and unkempt, a natural wave to the auburn strands of hair. She has dark emerald colored eyes, streaks of gold speckled through out. Svana is rather slender though wrapped in strong muscle, an athletic build along with a feminine curve. Svana's entire right side is often covered in faded black markings that make her quite distinguishable.

Homeland: Jutland Peninsula, though born in a far off land.

Brief History:
Though Svana does not remember her origins what she does know is at a young age she was taken into slavery as her home was raided. She doesn't remember anything far enough before she was already a slave under the Jarl. She spend most of her life cleaning, cooking or sharpening the Jarl's blades. She had no hope in her life, having come to terms with her station in life without much to look forward to. Though her fate would come to fruition soon after her tenth year of life.

A raid came upon their village, most of the fighters kept back most of the assault but a few had infiltrated past the front lanes and came for the Jarl. Young Svana was hiding within the residence as the raiders began their searching. They found Svana, pulling her out from under a table and throwing her to the floor. The large man stepped closer as his large axes raised into the air, preparing to end the girls life. Svana seemed felt as if everything slowed down. As the axe began to strike down, Svana rolled away towards the table, grabbing a knife off the ground that had fallen to the floor during the scuffle. The axe dug into the floor with a loud explosion of force, though before he could recoil another strike Svana ran the man through the belly.

The raider choked on his own blood, the wound spilling out blood and covering the girls entire right side in its sticky warmth. (This is the reasoning behind her markings, a reminder of her first kill). By that time the Jarl had made it to the room, finding the blood coated girl and the remainder of the Raiders. He left the rest to rot on his floor before making his way to the servant girl. He only grinned. The next day she was taken to the barracks to begin training. She asked the Jarl years later why she was taken to become a warrior. He told her that he had saw a fighters spirit within Svana.

As time passed her skills grew and her devotion to the Jarl grew. Eventually to came to the rank of Huscarl. Eagerly following her Jarl into battle with her war hardened blade.

You always have such charming gif's, Tigre! No promises, but it's still early so I hope I can get it done tonight. I will probably hold off finalizing the CS so I can get the IC post done.

Haha thanks! I am an Image Whore! I am constantly searching for new images in multiple forms haha Though I have a bit of GIFs it isn't nearly as diverse as my other categories lol

@CallTheCops: If you want Alina to follow Charon around that'd be fun :D As Alina is also not one to get into a bar brawl or speak of violence. Maybe we can get a big collab with you, Veridis, and myself. Seeing as Veridis' duo would most likely accompany the less violent of the group. :)
Hahaha I read through the past three pages and all I can say to you all...

FURTHERMORE..... Welcome Dizzy! :)
|-|Charlie Veno|-|

Charlie groaned lazily as she began to awaken on the firm mattress within the small room of the inn. She lazily brought her hand up to her face, too tired to slow its descent before it hit her face with a slap; though she seemed unphased. She began to rub her eyes as she pushed herself up with her free hand. Her legs flung over the edge of the mattress to rest on the cool floor, her toes stretching and flexing absent mindedly.

As her eyes adjusted to the morning light she looked around the room. The morning rays shone several more details of the small room that she had not noticed the night before. The walls were covered in tattered wall paper and stained with years worth of dust. The candle from the night before had still been burning, the old building no longer having electricity. She leaned over to the dresser and blew out the flame. She hated the dark and falling asleep without at least a little light was nearly impossible for the girl.

It was an odd fact. Most Vaegorne hated the light and thrived in the darkness. But little Charlie was hardly similar to any of her kind. The only similarity was her small black horns that protruded out from her pink colored bangs. Charlie quietly sighed under her breath, finally ready to begin her day. With a push off her bed she lazily fumbled into an easy stride as she made her way into the run down bathroom. She looked upon herself through the cracked mirror and used her slender fingers to fix her mild bed head.

Once satisfied with the results she smiled brightly, twirling on her heels and nearly skipping out of the room and down the hall. She made her way to the front desk were an elderly woman sat listening to a radio riddled with static to the point the words were hardly understandable. She leaned against the counter, bouncing lightly on the balls of her feet as she awaited the clerk to notice her.

“Yes?” the elderly woman grumbled as her graying brown eyes blinked up at the strangely upbeat girl.

“I wish to check out! How much do I owe you for one night?” She chirped in her sweet sing-song voice.

“Twenty krell”

With that Charlie dipped her hand into a hidden pocket of her short red skirt and pulled out a small pile of assorted coins of varying quality. She picked out two silver coins and set them on the counter before dropping the rest back into her pocket with a clatter. “Here you go! Bye bye now!” she nearly sang as she turned and headed for the exit. Though before she could leave a new looking flyer caught her eye. A brow rose curiously as her steps slowed to a stop. Quickly she scanned over the flyer, her curious brow remaining.

She had heard plenty of M’alo, even yearned to visit it on several occasions. She knew of M’alo strong defenses and their request of aid was… surprising to say the least. She read further on at the reward. Her eyes widened in delight. Residence in the city of M’alo with a hefty bounty of Krell. She thought back on her thinning coin purse and knew she could use the money.

With a nod to herself she came upon a decision. She would help out the town of M’alo with her unique skills and eagerly accept their reward. Pushing her way out of the Inn she winced and cringed at the piercing light. The sun had always been especially bright in Kol’Uira as the ozone layer had thinned and blocked little of the suns natural rays. As her eyes adjusted she made her way towards the south end of the poor town where the caravan sat in wait for paying customers.

Little time passed before she arrived at the steam powered carriage, the driver setting behind the wheel. The driver had been leaning back in his seat with his hat down over his eyes as if he were taking a nap. Charlie lightly knocked on the steel wall of the carriage to get his attention. The driver pushing his hat up a bit and lazily peaking down at the young Vaegorne, giving a faint ’hmm?’

“Hi there! I wish to buy passage to M’alo.” She stated casually with a hint of her honey voice.

“Seventy krell and I will take you.” He responded as he pushed himself up to a less leisured position.

Charlie nodded and took out the appropriate coins and placed it in the drivers open palm.

“Alright. Hop in the back.” The man stated as he started the engine with a putter. Charlie made her way around to the back and climbed in, shutting and locking the door behind her. As the door locked the driver gave little time before they were off.

During the day long ride Charlie spent most of her time sleeping in the corner of the carriage, only waking when there was a bump in the road.
Pretty much xD And also Mila lol As Mila and Morena are sitting close to each other talking. lol
-|- Mila Kovsky |-| Morena Silicus -|-

Morena sat there, in some tree, staring down at two people. A couple? Yes. Were they about to make out? Hopefully not. With a silent giggle she continued to watch them, like a stalker. It was very fun. She felt all dangerous, like...something that was dangerous. Humming she shifted positions, for a better view of the scene.

Then and only then did she notice the creepy, and now glowing green gem, still attached to her neck even after all of the dumpster diving to find it once more. With a scream she took it off and tossed it. But, with a sigh and a grimace, she hit the head of the girl below her. "Oops, I'm sorry." She stated as she thumped herself and flattened, before falling off of the tree with a very, graceful..OK it wasn't at all a graceful landing.

Groaning and rolling around on the ground she stared up at the guy, with an apple of all things. Did he want to look and sound like an- never mind. "Hey, I need medical attention over here."

Mila blinked a few times as she felt a hard object drop onto her head. At first she thought it might be an acorn but then she heard someone from above apologize. She looked up before she noticed the girl fumble before falling to the earth like a graceful paraplegic. She softly giggled into her hand. It wasn't funny that she fell and hurt herself, but at how unexpected the whole thing was. It was a nervous laugh. She had never expected girls to be falling out of the sky. It was like a strange lesbian dream.

She laughed once more at the thought. She took the plate off her lap and set it on the table. She reached and grabbed the gem before pushing herself off the table and walked over to the girl. She knelt down at her side, offering a kind smile. "Are you okay?"

"No, I'm not okay. Can't you tell by now?" Morena groaned out as she pushed the girl away and rolled onto her knees. "Can I have my necklace back now? I kind of need it." Her hand greedily reached out for the necklace, glaring up at the girl she snatched it and scrambled away. "What were you two doing out her anyways?"

Mila softly laughed, seeming unphased by the rude comment and actions. She released the necklace as Morena grabbed at it. She was a little confused by the girls scrambling. It's not like Mila was an intimidating or mean looking girl. "I was eating some food that Art made." She stated simply, pointing back at the plate of food sitting alone at the table.

"I'm sure. Now, tell me, do you know why this thing is glowing so much?" Morena asked, prodding the gemstones in her hand and looking up at Mila with an accusing glare. "Because it freaks me out. More then I want it too."

When her hand went closer to the ground or trees the green stone would glow bright, and once again, Morena dropped it. Pointing and staring at it. "Why? Why was I pinned with these ones? Where are yours?" She exclaimed, crawling away with frantic eyes. "i'm sorry, these things just seem to be the highlight of my life though. I need to figure them out. Hand me yours."

Mila looked at the girl a bit puzzled. 'Where was mine?' she thought to herself, repeating the question the girl asked. This had been the first time she had ever seen something like those stones. "I don't have any stones.. I just thought they were glowing because of some batteries or something." She mention honestly.

"Well great, good for nothing and strange." Morena muttered, reffering to both the gems, and Mila. "So, how are you doing today? I mean, before I barged in on you little party and wrecked it."

She laughed at herself and laid back, staring at Mila between her slightly crossed legs, not realizing what she was doing was probably wrong. "And who are you? Can you give me information on the others here? I need it."

Mila softly laughed to herself. This girl was definitely... Unique. She smiled warmly at the girl. "My name is Mila. I am a new student here so I wouldn't really be able to tell you much about other people here." She left out the fact of her powers. She often liked to keep it a secret. If they knew your powers they knew how to defeat you. Or so she was trained to believe.
