Just so you know I am working on a post now and should be done within the hour (I hope) though it might take up to two. I need to write quite a bit to get myself caught up haha
Hey! I am so sorry for my absence! I just kind of... got busy and forgot lol. How is everything with you and your apartment stuff?
I will try to get a post to you tonight but if not definitely within the next couple of days.

And to think Reiko and Sophie could've had a shared moment based on similar experiences.

I was already considering how Sophie's next interaction would be with Reiko once she cooled down. I think once Sophie realizes Reiko wasn't saying she was a liar just to be mean but because she was also tricked, hurt and lied to which made her also guarded, Like sophie, she will apologize for how she reacted and explain herself. :)

Fixed ^_^

lmfao xD
xD hahaha Just know Sophie cried because what Reiko said brought up bad memories, not because of what she actually said or did xD It's sort of like the straw the broke the camels back. It was a small gesture that cracked her flood gates lol

Another exchange student? Or perhaps just a foreigner living overseas for some reason or another. It was evident now that this girl, Sophie her name was, wasn't native. Her rocky understanding of the language and her name were giveaways enough. It was her offer of a handshake that cemented this for Reiko. Reiko merely looked down at the offered hand and then back up to Sophie. "I'm not going to call you anything," Reiko responded, her moment of vulnerability seeming to have faded away. "Don't act like you're trying to be nice or be my friend or what you're doing now. I don't need a friend. I need you to look where you're going next time." Short of stomping her foot down, Reiko did what she could to come off as aggravated. As angry. Her tone was firm and flat and her eyes stared towards Sophie without an ounce of goodwill behind them. She had had enough of people pretending like they care, and she had had enough of people acting like they wanted to be friends or whatever. This girl was no exception to that. Reiko was having a terrible first day.

Sophie blinked curiously at the sudden and abrupt change in Reiko's tone and how she spoke to her. As if some imaginary switch were flicked and her vulnerability changed to harshness. She sighed, a bit aggravated at the girl who so harshly snapped at Sophie for doing nothing more than being nice and opening up. A mistake she wouldn't make a second time. She knew she should have stayed guarded, not let anyone in. But her lapse in judgement would not be forgotten.

"Listen, I don't know what snapped and made you think I was only putting on a show. But I was actually trying to be nice. I don't usually open up to people but I felt bad I ran into you. So sorry for that. I don't see where you get off thinking that of a complete stranger!" With that she gave a hard huff, the concentration it took for her to formulate those strings of sentences took all her will power not to mess up. She wanted to say more but in her flustered state she couldn't think of the words. She clung to the couple books to her chest as she huffed once more before spinning on her heels and stomping away from Reiko.

Sophie was tired of people not believing what she said and calling her a liar. She had plenty of that back in the states and she wouldn't deal with it the first day at her new school. She would not be made out to be some kind of liar. Not again. She turned around a corner and out of sight before her emotions swelled to the surface. The memories of the kids back in her old school came flooding in. Their mean taunts and cruel actions all crashing down on her all over again. She slowed her steps to almost a stop as she gripped onto her books at her chest even tighter, fighting back the tears that swelled in her eye lids moments before falling down her cheek.

B'awww, shucks. Is that Adventure Time? XD Can I just say that we're all going to have a blast? Three super-nerds are going to do mad work on this RP. I hope you've played Mirror's Edge - or heard of it - because that's the game that got me to be absolutely in love with the idea of foot couriers being rebels. Also, your signature is soooooooooooooooo beautiful O_O The pink tree with falling leaves... That's really serene - I could get lost in a setting like that. Makes me think of Aincrad - just the desire to be immersed in it.

I haven't played much of Mirrors edge but I have played it and have gotten the jist of it haha! and thank you! Someone posted the gif in an RP I was in and I just had to use it as my signature xD and OMG! A Sword Art Online Referrence lol I absolutely love that series lol

And for mentors ^^ we can have 1-2. They'll be NPCs who come and go. We'll use them to move things along or help the kiddies out. What would you like your mentor to specialize in Tigre? Scout is having his specialize in combat and navigation. I'll be making a tracker and medic.

Uhmm... I think my mentor will be Parkour and Environmental maneuvering lol

EDIT: Do you want me to use Real pictures or illustrations? O.o
Sorry about my terrible absence. I will try my best to get a post up with Alina arrived to the Plains of origin. Should be up by tonight.
Uhmmmm... actually nothing comes to mind as of right now! xD You did rather a good job explaining what is going on in the RP and what you expect lol That and I am quite exhausted so thinking up questions is foreign to me right now lol.
I would definitely be interested :)

EDIT: But only if I get some cake.... o.o;
