Cryo is a word for icy or frozen
Stasis refers to the state at which something stays the same / does not progress.
Cryostasis Chamber refers to the capsule in which the individual is frozen to a stage in which they no longer progress in the terms of aging. :)

1) Generally survival will be rather difficult especially away from towns as the air will be less concentrated. Towns are situated around the Eco-Generators which produce water and fresh Oxygen with minimal produce for eating. Aside from that the towns are located in safe, comparatively, areas and venturing out hosts a great many dangers. Radiation, Extreme temperatures from thin Ozone, feral creatures, etc. But do not think you would be all in all safe in town. there are bandits who would shoot you in the gut and take your belongings in the center of town because no one gives a shit about your life anymore. Any official military has one job, Protect the government. Not you. You have to fend for yourself.

2) I plan on it. There won't be a LOT as it will be a thousand years in the future since the war but some places would have been so bad that it would still exist to date.

3) Runes are very specific in their capabilities. If you want a defensive Rune than each rune would have to be for specific things. Like one would be used for faster natural healing so the likelihood of bleeding out is smaller, but still possible, as your body produces blood and seals wounds faster than people without it. Or it could simply make your skin tougher, being able to withstanding stronger hits without getting knocked out or dieing. Or it could give your body a natural resistance to cold or heat or even radiation. The capability of runes is endless though remember the more intricate and powerful the rune the power taxing it is on the body. So keep that in mind.

That...is actually a good idea! I did mention that only the images of the Keys as simple objects will be visible to the humans upon opening the app for the first time. How foolish of me to not have thought of doing so for the sheets and site. Thank you for bringing this up, El, if I may call you that ^ ^

There is just one little problem with this idea. Due to the fact that I am the owner of this role-play, I will have to look through everyone's sheets and judge them. By doing so I will see what every Key is like. This will probably be considered unfair, since I also plan on making a human character . Well, once we are sure and prepared to start, I'll just pick last, so everyone can have a fair go =3 You should all send your character sheets to me through PM.

By the way, have we met before on the old site? I do believe we have, since I remember your username. It was in the "Dance of Light and Shadows", wasn't it? Believe me when I say I will do my best to not repeat that tragedy. *beam of confidence*

Did you say that it would take 30 years to get there? So characters would need to be older than 30 or they would be born on the ship.

Cryostasis chambers actually put your body in a sort of frozen state. You no longer age in Cryostasis. So your character would be as old as they were the day they stepped on the ship. :)
