Okay you can definitely tell that these guys are all kids and most aren't used to fighting. Everyone piled in and now we're all hindering each other haha
Focus, okay, I can do that Cassie thought to herself. When Luna told her she had a good chance in the battles ahead she couldn’t help but smile. Maybe she could be a good elementalist after all, but with Elpis rather than Viper. She watched as Forest progressed further than herself and actually made two darts and managed to pierce the dummy with one of them.

She had started to celebrate with Forest until the girl said “oh...” Cassandra looked back at the dummy and realised the dart had collapsed. This trick was going to take a lot of practice for both of them. Trying again, Cassie let most of the water fall from her hands and shaped just one dart again. She let it fly and used all of her concentration to keep its shape together, piercing just above where it’s right eye would be. Then she summoned enough of the water from the floor to shape one more dart and let this one fly. As it hit the target, both darts collapsed.

“Damn it!” Cassie cursed, starting to get annoyed. Annoyance wasn’t going to help her use Elpis- water needed calm and grace. She turned to Luna and said “may I be excused? I’d like to go and practice this more before we learn anything else. Am I allowed to take a dummy to my dorm if I promise not to be destructive?”
Just when she was about to collapse from exhaustion Alicia felt an arm around her, holding her up. It was Iria, daughter of Iris. Iria handed Alicia her weapon and she quickly threw the strap of her quiver over her shoulder, readying her bow with an arrow just in case the bears noticed them. She realised the one distracting the bears was Leo, son of Hephaestus.

“If we’re quiet enough we can get out unnoticed, better hurry while we can” Iria whispered to her as they started to move towards the exit. Suddenly, a golden arrow whizzed past, followed by Michael, son of Apollo. He touched her head and Alicia closed her eyes, feeling the coolness of his touch spread throughout her body. She reached up to touch the wound that had once been there but was now gone, realising he had healed her. She was still exhausted, but felt far better than she had and was now able to be useful to the fight.

“We’re going to need everyone on their feet for this one, ladies” Michael whispered as Iria readied herself with her bladed fan.

.”Let’s go get ‘em” Iria replied with a smile. Alicia was amazed to see Iria’s body glow. She’d seen it before but it still surprised her every time. Iria charged forward while Michael hung back, moving to higher ground. Alicia had started to run, planning to circle the bears shooting arrows as she ran when the warehouse started to fill with mist. “Damn you, Nicholas” she muttered when she realised another demi god had hit the scene. The mist was all fine and good, the bears couldn’t see them, but the problem was they couldn’t see the bears either! It made using a bow and arrow completely useless. She stopped dead still in her tracks, listening careful for anyone approaching her.

Alicia could here Michael still shooting arrows and it confused her, how the hell could he see where he was shooting? She hoped he wasn’t blindly aiming, in the hope of hitting a target because he might find he hits one of the demi gods! Alicia heard a thump and then scream and ran to the source, arms stretched out in front of her grasping nothing in the damn mist. She could hear Iria breathing heavily and thanked the God’s for her hunter’s hearing. Suddenly there were lights in the fog- Iria!

“Hey big guy!” came Nicholas’s voice through the mist. “Try throwing that a me. Yes, hit me with your best shot if you’re so tough!” She could hear clattering and the occasional groan as she assumed the bear started throwing everything it could get it’s hands on. She hoped no one was hurt. Alicia realised she needed to ignore the commotion, she couldn’t help anyway being practically blind, and made her way over to Iria.

Suddenly the light moved, as if Iria were walking and Alicia heard noises but couldn’t make out what they were. She heard Iria’s sob and the thud as she fell to the ground. Still ignoring the sounds of the fight she finally reached Iria, her lights had gone out and there was another figure with her. “Who is that?” she questioned, bow at the ready to shoot where she thought the second person or thing was. This whole fight had been a disaster!
Quick question, should our characters know each other already? Seeing as we're all from camp :)
" I needed the rest to hurry up"
So yeah, he's waiting for back up from camp half blood :)
The great bear swung at her. The first blow made her cry out in pain, the second winded her. As it continued she struggled for even the slightest breath and the world started to spin once again. What had she done to deserve this torture?

Suddenly a figure burst into the room- her saviour. He tackled the bear who had hit her to the ground as Alicia flung herself far in the opposite direction. Battered, bruised and exhausted, she attempted to stand. Her attempt was successful although she wobbled a lot and didn’t think she could be of much help to the boy who had come to her rescue. She spotted her bow and quiver at the other side of the room and limped towards them, hoping not to be spotted.
Basically Philip123 PM'd me and asked my character to be a part of the intro. We decided on the first three posts (which you can read)
My guess is everyone is in camp half blood, including philip123's character (except now he's rescuing me) and it's up to you whether or not to get involved in the rescue?? I'm not sure but I think he's gone to bed cos he lives in England and it's like 1:20am here >.< I should be sleeping
Also no one knows yet why Alicia has been kidnapped, not even me!
Cassie watched in awe as their teacher remained beautifully graceful and yet lethal at the same time. The darts looked amazing, but difficult to shape as she found out when she tried. She watched the other girl attempt and fail and was horrified when she asked Cass to go first. She realised this girl had heard her introduce herself to Luna and asked “by the way, what is your name? You can call me Cass or Cassie”

She turned towards the dummy and successfully attempted to separate her water into several blobs. As soon as she tried to shape them, they fell to the ground. She was glad now that she’d removed her shoes. She tried again, this time only trying to shape one of the blobs. The rest of them fell to the ground but the shaped one remained. Cassie couldn’t help but grin in triumph, at least it was something! She aimed carefully and let the dart fly. It hit the dummy’s left arm and smashed with the impact rather than pierce the dummy.

“Oh damn, I thought I had that one” she mumbled, gathering the water from the floor to try again. “Your turn?” she suggested to the other student.
Amelie waited as long as she could before moving. She really couldn’t be bothered with other people’s crap today. She’d already seen some of her classmates smoking weed and knew today was going to piss her off. Five minutes before class started she threw some stuff in her locker and grabbed the things she needed (just her phone really), making it to the assembly just on time.

The assembly started just after she entered the room, so she quickly sat down in the only empty seat at the back of the hall. Great, she realised she had just sat next to the group she’d seen smoking weed this morning. Utterly fantastic.
Cassandra had a little trouble getting in to the stance and had to adjust it slightly to feel comfortable. She decided she would practice it until she could do it as perfectly as Luna could, it looked so graceful. Cass summoned the ball of water as requested, glad that she had practised before and waited for the next instruction.

Summoning had become easy enough, but shaping water into a weapon would be much harder. It was totally against Cassandra’s nature to hurt anyone and she was extremely glad they were only practising on dummies for now. She was going to have to toughen up fast and she didn’t like it, but she wanted to do well.
