Darren looked back over his shoulder and saw Roxy standing there. "Oh, hello there. My legs got tired so I sat down," he said and stood slowly before turning to face her and extending one large hand in greeting. "I'm Darren, it's nice to meet you."

"Yeah, I probably should have figured that out already, the kids in jail were always fightin' with each other." Darren said and chuckled. "As for my butt it ain't so bad, I'd like to lose a little weight but at least people left me alone while I was in jail, can't say they will in here, though."

"So the people 'round here like fightin' huh?" Darren said and set his bag on the floor and scratched his head with thick fingers. "My pa liked fightin' too, liked it a little too much, you know what I mean." he continued and sat down on the floor with a thud and smiled at Marshall. "Sorry, legs get tired sometimes, it's hard carryin' around 400 pounds o' person all day long."

Darren withdrew his hand from Tyler and waved it in front of him. "Oh, no. I would never hurt anyone, I swear," he says as he goes back to hugging his bag to his chest. "My grandma once told me that all our problems can be solved without violence and she has never been wrong before."

Darren smiled at Marshall again as they shook hands. "My grandma always told me to be friendly to the people I meet, said they might be scared of me 'cause I was so big so I should show 'em I'm not mean." After shaking Marshall's hand Darren turned to face Tyler and smiled at him too. "My name is Darren, not Duffel Bag, but it's nice to meet you anyway," he said as he offered his hand to Tyler as well. "It's good to see I'm not the only new one here too."

Darren turned to face Marshall and smiled at him widely. "My name is Darren, its very nice to meet you, Marshall. I hope we can be good friends," he said as he held out one massive hand to Marshall and held his duffel to his chest with his other arm.

After a long period of observation to make sure that Darren was stable and wouldn't have any violent outbursts Vlad finally cleared him for co-habitation with the others. Darren hugged his duffel bag and walked through the hall toward his room. He had to duck slightly while passing under the frames of the doors that he passed through on his way in. The halls were empty at the moment but Darren could hear other people somewhere nearby. He wondered who they were and if they would be friendly, he really hoped so.

Thanks! I was hoping he'd fit in here. how should I introduce him? just have him being led in by guards with a duffel bag or something?
