Itoe remained on the roof, for now she had a time to relax while the others brought the bus. She crossed her legs and leaned back, placing both of her hands behind her to support her body. "Now we have an actual breather because we all know now that we might actually make it out alive." She turned her head to stare at Hiro, then at Jake, who apparently looked like a baby that had just pissed itself. "You okay? Do you need moral support?" The girl called out to him. "We're somewhat safe now. Though they may look like psychopaths, but they are all we got."

She shrugged and turned her head back, a small sigh managed to escape her lips. Itoe wouldn't call herself strong, this cool act of hers was a facade, an act to keep her spirits up when in reality she was frightened. Itoe was a teenager after all, reckless and vain.

"Ugh..." The girl grunted and stared out onto the courtyard.
Itoe let out a small snort as she watched the three bicker about decency. "Leaving is currently what's important, now that she's clothed let's focus." She stared down at Jake and nudged him with the tip of her shoe, just to make sure he was paying attention. "We're lucky, most soldiers probably haven't survived as long as us."

"Anywho," She placed her hands on her hips and began counting how many people were here. "Who's willing to go on a slight suicide mission and distract the hungry masses of flesh?" The girl stared over the edge of the roof, "Who knows how long we have until they start heading inside the school. Ahem," Itoe cleared her throat and rolled up the sleeves of her uniform, "Any willing and able bodies?"
Itoe turned her head towards the voices that called out her name as well has her revered nickname. She snickered as he mocked her, it appeared as though they mutually disliked each other to a certain degree. "Good evening... What was your name again?" She barely knew the boy, and they already started off of the wrong foot. "If you want a way out of here, there are buses in the courtyard over yonder, but the problem is, is that they are surrounded by a sea malformed corpses." She pointed towards the buses and glanced about at the small group that started to slowly collect.

She drew her hand back and crossed her arms. "I guess we should make a small survival group, we've been doing fine thus far." Itoe shrugged and stared down at Jake, she was going to ask for his opinion, but she knew that he didn't do well with girls, let alone people. "Do you all agree?"
"Helicopters? Why would they care about high school students?" Itoe scoffed lightly and stared back down at the courtyard, the hoard remained. Soon an awkward silence befell the two as Itoe sat back down to think. "So... I guess we're waiting ten minutes, huh?" She chuckled. "Jake Sterling, right? I guess I can say it's great to meet you? Since we're most likely dead anyways." She crossed her legs and stared back out onto the courtyard. "People try so hard..." Itoe rested her chin on her hands as she let out a small sigh of defeat. "10 minutes, maximum, alright?"

There was a sudden opening of the roof door, another student, alive as well. Itoe stood on her feet and watched as she flailed about, yelling and attracting their attention. "Jesus..." She muttered.
He blushed like a child, it was comical to the point where there was almost a small smile on her face. Itoe listened as he told her how the plan wouldn't work, but he was over thinking the whole idea of escaping. "Then I suppose we're going to starve and die here, just us." She placed her fingers on the bridge of her nose, "This could go two ways; We could wait for people to come and join us, which will most likely happen since some people actually managed to survive. Or, we could risk it. That or combine that two." Itoe mumbled and looked up at him. "Do you have a better plan? Are you paying attention?"

She ran her fingers through her short black hair and stared back down on the courtyard. "Let's hope people come here soon..."
"Fujimoto, Itoe." She muttered as she removed her hand from her face. He appeared to be a rather awkward fellow as he spoke to her, Jake looked as though he wasn't used to human contact. Itoe watched as he scribbled in his little notebook, there were small diagrams from what she could see, he was planning an escape route. "Look..." Itoe stood onto her feet and placed a hand above her head to shield her eyes from the sun. On the courtyard laid an array of busses, of course they were all surrounded by undead, but it could be a possible getaway. "Over there." She knelt down and placed her hands on his head, forcing him to look straight at the busses. "We need to go there..." She was straightforward with him, and refused to just be a useless asset to their little team-up. The two could possibly get down form the roof, but it would be hard with just two people. Itoe sat back down and crossed her legs. "We're going to die here or on the ground if we don't get to those busses." It was their only route, and it was far better than just walking on foot.
Itoe watched as the boy knelt down and extended his hands so that he could help her get onto higher ground. She grabbed both of his hands and placed her feet on the wall, using his grip as support to help her up. She tried remaining as quiet as possible as she shimmied her way up. Her leg made it over the edge and soon, she was on higher ground, the girl let out a small sigh and placed a hand over her forehead. "Thank you..." She mouthed.

Calm down... She finally had a chance to collect her thoughts. Her memory finally caught up to her while she rubbed her temples with her middle finger and thumb. I killed someone... I killed something A chill ran down her spine as she remembered staring at the puddle of blood and rotten flesh. Itoe used to be so strong, but these events were getting to her, and they were getting to her hard. She had never dealt with fighting before, nor had she seen bloodshed.

Her free hand gripped the end of her skirt as she finished thinking things over. From her perspective, things seemed grim. They were surrounded by a hoard and they were trapped on the roof of the school. She let out a small sigh.
Her vision focused on a boy waving his hands and making several gestures.
Move? ... Move! Itoe clasped her hand over her mouth to stop her from breathing so loud, and watched as those disgusting corpses tripped over one another to head over towards the rock. They're blind...? They move towards noise... Echolocation. Mentally, she took notes before taking small steps, trying to make as little noise as possible as she made her way towards the opposite side of the roof. Slow and steady Fujimoto... Her breaths were kept short and quiet, almost hyperventilating.

Almost there! Her knees felt weak as she shuffled along. She could hear there groans at the other end, they were digging around, persistent to find a person or a living being to feast upon. Finally, she made it to the other side. Itoe stood still, her hand still clasped over her mouth, making sure not one ounce of noise came out.
The door alone could not hold them back, soon a zombie managed to break its way in.
"Stay back..." Itoe murmured, speaking to it as if it understood what she was saying. It limped towards her, a hissing sound rumbling from deep within its throat. "Stay back, I warn you!" She repeated herself, this time raising her voice. She backed up as it shuffled closer to her. The girl could feel her heart beating in her chest at a rapid pace. Calm... Calm... Who was she kidding? Itoe was frightened to bits.

She threw whatever grazed across her hand at the creature, ranging from music sheets to drumsticks. Soon, the foul corpse was a few feet away from her. Itoe's hand touched the neck of a guitar that sat on a stand. Her breathing grew into panicked panting as she picked up the guitar and swung it at the corpse, hitting it directly on the head. It collapsed after the fatal hit, and before it could extend its fleshy hand to grab Itoe's ankle, the girl slammed the guitar down onto its head repeatedly, making sure it was dead. With every hit, the guitar let out a screech. It was a bloody mess, the sight that lay before her was a putrid mix of blood, sweat, and brain matter.
The girl dropped the broken guitar and calmed herself down.

The music room was no longer safe, in fact, it never was.

Itoe jogged out of the room and into the hallway, from the window, the girl could see the wave of undead that surrounded the school. It's going to be a lot tougher getting out of here... She needed to get a good view of things from the rooftop... The rooftop... Itoe's jogging grew into a full on sprint towards the stairs that lead to the top of the school, some would most likely have the same idea as her. As she climbed up the long set of stairs, one of the undead managed to follow behind her. Its hand grabbed hold of her long skirt and ripped it, leaving a tear in the cotton fabric. "Wha-" The girl turned around and proceeded to spartan kick the creature, she watched as it tumbled down the stairs before continuing to the top. The moment her feet came into contact with the cement surface of the roof, she took a small breather.
Panic began to spread throughout the whole school, causing students to scream and flail, they all poured out of their classrooms like animals and began pushing and shoving one another to get through and find safety. "Ack!" Immediately, Itoe was shoved around by students, and since most were taller than she, the poor girl could barely see. She could barely find her way out of the sea of people and soon, she was forced onto her hands and knees, being trampled by the frantic students.

There were screams, yelps, cries for help, all of this noise, it was too hard to keep track of. Her breathing grew ragged as she tried standing onto her feet, the herd of people minimized, most were tackled and held down by rotting creatures. There was a putrid stench that managed to reach her nose, which made her cringe, almost throw up if she hadn't slipped into a nearby classroom in time. It was an empty music classroom, for now the girl was trapped in here. She peered through the crack in the door, a hand placed over her mouth as she watched students get devoured by those things. I suppose she was lucky due to her short stature.
