Mason watched as the scene played out. No true danger yet. He made sure his holster was fully secured in the holster."I am going to have to agree with the girl," he said and pointed at Cordelia. "Y'all need a new psych evaluation. The detonator chick is psychotic. Makes her dangerous in a combat situation." He shook his head. "I thought I wanted to be part of this, but without better organization and leadership, I don't know if I can do this."

He started to follow Cordelia and whistled to his dog. "Chance come." Then the sirens went off and an announcement was made for immediate action. Mason did what he did best. He ran to the table and grabbed his M16 and then bolted for the transporter.

Nightshade

Nightshade watched, not amused. She didn't really pick sides. Whoever paid better usually got her attention, at least to talk to her anyway. She looked at Volt and was tempted to try and steal out of his pocket, but then the alarm went off. Shit! I'm in trouble now she thought.

She sighed when she heard the announcement. Nightshade looked around as everyone bolted and she smiled. "Fun," she whispered. She backed into a bark corner and turned invisible as she waited for everyone to leave.
