Kat watched from his desk as the girl from earlier enter the station and try to talk to one of the regular officers, but get ignored. The girl then left and Kat followed from a distance. Once he realized the direction she was going, he quit following her and headed to the fire. "Officer, do we know what happened?"

Kat stands at the foot of a building on the other side of town from the fight. He had paid the fire benders, anonymously of course, to cause a distraction. He bent down and light the tender wood at the base of a favorite bender hang out. Good, he thought to himself before he walked off into the night.

Kat entered the station and walked to his desk. Other than the skirmish at the tavern, it was a pretty quiet day. He grabbed his report and quickly wrote it out. Kat got up to file it, when he was stopped and asked what happened. "Nothing too much. Just some benders got into it." He sighed. "As long as no one comes in here to file a report, hopefully I can get caught up on some paperwork for other cases."

"Thank you," Kat said as he took his knife and put it away. "Followed you? Keep dreaming sweetheart. I responded to the disturbance from the station and I was on my way back to the station when you started talking to me." He checked his sword and found it to still be sharp. "Now if you will excuse me, I need to get to the station and file my report."

Kat smirked, "I take it, you always feel like someone is out to get you." He walked up to the stall, pulling out his dagger. "I need this sharpened," he spoke to Cerenis before turning to the girl that criticized me, "I wasn't eyeing you. My job is to observe everything."
