Again my knowledge isn't brilliant but can't anyone potentially be a beast tamer without having a skill for it? Isn't just feeding a monster that happens to take an interest in you? If so perhaps replace it with Familiar communication or similar? If anyone knows more about this feel free to give input.
Also could please elaborate on what you mean by 'Small Weapons', because for example one-handed dagger and blade throwing are two different skills.

You don't need to have watched the Anime at all, although it certainly helps. Any knowledge past the completion of SOA is unnecessary anyway.

Also just so everyone is aware; only beta testers have been in the game before. When the game was released 10,000 people logged in, once in the Virtual world they found that they couldn't log out. So unless your character was a Beta tester, this is still everyone's first time in SAO. Also Fat's is right, players cant use magic. There are items with magical abilities such as teleport crystals or revive items, yet these are limited. Teleporters can only be used to area's where teleport gates have been activated and reviving items have limited condition's (pets can be healed with a magic flower, players are almost impossible to revive as there was only ever one such item loot dropped). It might be worth noting that a great deal of information can be found here-I'd recommend having a read through, there's descriptions of most floors too which may help you map out your story.
This is true. Though I will say not to rely on the wiki for too much. For a start this server is not exactly the same. Some floors will be different and there will be bugs. Also, there were around 14.5 thousand players on this server and after the 7 month timeskip around 5 thousand of them will have died. I'll be putting the OOC up in the next day or so, and so you'll be able to see more information about the world, plots and guilds.

Accepted. I'm going to take Medicine as a mod for drug mixing and battlefield medicine as a mod for first aid? It's worth pointing out that my SAO knowledge is limit so I encourage players to point things out if they aren't cannon (or are overly non-cannon). I did actually have an image in mind for the Blood Dragons Armour, and the helmet is believed to exploit a bug which prevents the users name from being visible.

I really like your character BUT as Borei point out: there's no magic in SAO (or at least not outside of items and such).
Also this is to everyone. Whilst most of the grammar I've seen has been fine, I think everyone (including myself) is prone to making some mistakes here and there. I'm not incredibly fussy but I would like it if people could do their best to appeal to my inner grammar nazi. If people post terrible grammar (e.g. "The group took there shield and went to the woods and found monsters, the monsters were red and mean, Kisheto poped at them and then they went home".) I will give them a strike. Three strikes and you're out. Might seem harsh but I personally think that awful grammar can actually ruin an rp sometimes.
Just so y'all know. The timeskip will skip from November 6th 2020 (Day 1) to the 10th of June 2021, five days after the 35th and 36th floors were cleared.

I'm happy for players to have two characters, but I would say no more at this stage. Players can also create and kill NPCs at will (I dislike when RPs forbid it).

Kyle, your taste in anime disappoints me! SAO is an under-realized concept that is little more than the author's power/harem fantasy in a video game setting. It skips over two years of actual events to focus on the protagonist pretty much going on dates with girls in the game. Plot is left out for the sake of (kind of) developing a romance between a Gary Sue and a Badass chick who becomes a damsel in distress, who then becomes irrelevant.
Completely agree tbh, but it's still a concept I love. Which is why this rp takes part on a different server with different characters.
