Water Clone is vastly different than Shadow Clone so this is denied by me, meaning you will also want to keep your nature if you want to keep this technique.
Only thing I can recommend for names is find a site with names. There are a lot on the internet with great descriptions of what the names mean.

@Agent: something that has nothing to do with spies because that would be way too obvious for your enemies. X3 unless you use reverse psychology and expect them to think that you would not use it and then use it :P

Personality:
Nami is focussed with everything she does. She has to work hard and she knows it or else she will fail the expectations of the man she respects most. And Nami doesn't enjoy failing him. Nami doesn't like to talk about herself and her past. Her memories are hers and no one has to know anything about it. That doesn't mean she is extremely anti-social or a closed person. It just means that whatever she says is often not what she means and what she means is not what she says.
Because of her past Nami always had to look out for herself, all the troubles had to be shouldered by her since her brother was not ready for that, so she did and she grew from it. Functioning on her own is no problem for Nami because in the end you can always only fall back on yourself.
Nami has a strong set of beliefs of how the world has to be because of the man that brought her up. Yet she does not talk about them. As with everything her thoughts mostly remain a secret to everyone. Those that get too close are to be ignored, persuaded to look the other way or beaten down.
Keeping secrets is second nature for her. Giving someone information about herself or what she is doing could stab you in the back and Nami knows this from experience. This is why Nami has two sets of fighting capabilites. One to show off with and to openly train and one to use unnoticed. Nami is a sensor by default, always having had the capabilities to sense her surroundings to a certain degree, but she never told anyone this besides the man that adopted her. She uses Wind Release most of the time to defeat her enemies.
History:
Nami and her twinbrother Nagi were born in the beginning of the last year of the First Shinobi World War. It was a hard time, a time in which a lot of people died. Among those people were Nami and Nagi's parents and so the twins were among the many that went to Kirigakure's orphanhouses. They had no relatives that could take care of them, no friends of the family that could handle the burden of two more kids. Times were hard and people couldn't spare that much.
The orphanage was what you would expect from an orphanage after war. Full. Kids young and old tried to grow up there and in the middle were the little twins. But they made it through one better then the other. Even though Nagi was the boy and he had been born first he was the weaker one and Nami was always looking out for him. The orphanage wasn't the richest in town so they had to live with what they got and it wasn't uncommon that they got nothing because others took it. Somehow Nami had a knack for it though. She just seemed to know when to hide and where, as if she knew where people were. This ability actually, unbeknown to Nami, came from the fact that she had an affinity for sensing.
But how much Nami tried to help her brother he just was not very strong and when they were eleven he fell ill. Soon he was not able to leave his bed anymore and after a couple of weeks he seemed to just give up and die. Nami was lonely then. They had lived with each other, they had lived off each other's energy. Now that he was gone there was just nothing left. But she couldn't give up her life. She had tried giving her life to her brother already by giving him all she had, her food, her blankets, but it hadn't worked so clearly she was meant to live and he wasn't.
For a year Nami hang about, hiding, unknowingly improving her own skills. When she was twelve, however, this changed. She was adopted together with a few others. The person who adopted them gave them a roof above their head, gave them food and most of all sent them to the Academy. Apparantly he saw potential in the kids he had found. The rules in the house were strict and were meant to be followed, but Nami lived. She lived and it was thanks to that man. Without him she would never have been able to afford school, she would never have been able to learn anything at all and she would have ended on the street. And while he might not be awfully nice, he was her savior and in some way she worshipped him for that. He taught her about the world and about what she needed to believe in, what she had to fight for.
With those things in mind she graduated and aims to reach further and show that man that she can do what he wants her to do. Help the world.
