The Two Sides

Sacha walks out of her tent the next morning, stretching. Her shoulder was a little stiff, but didn't hurt as much. She looks around the camp for any sign of life, before rolling her eyes. "You would think you people would know better than to sleep in. " she says loudly before going over to the food pile. She pulls out a small bird and sighs. "And would take care of our food so it doesn't spoil!" She huff and sits at a fire, beginning to pluck the wings out.

Sacha nods to her. "Good night Selena." She says, smiling back. She sits on her bed, yawning quietly, before pulling her bloody shirt back over her head. She then rummages through her dresser and pulls out a clean shirt. She tosses the bloody one in the corner, reminding herself to deal with it tomorrow. Damn. If I would wear any shirt on a date, it would have been that one. She thinks as she pulls the clean shirt over her head. Even though she had said she'd be going to bed, in all likelihood she would be up for several more hours.

"That sounds great," Selena said, smiling brightly, "There's a great film on at the cinema. Don't worry, I'll organise everything. It'll be perfect."
She was ecstatic right now, energy buzzing through her body from the high of the evening.
"Anyway, we should probably get to bed, unless there's anything else you need? You need to rest that shoulder after all," She said, glancing worriedly at the wound.
She didn't like seeing Sacha injured. Fabine would pay for that some day.

Sacha sighs. "If your going to keep smothering me, the date won't happen." She warns though amused at Selena's eagerness. Usually most of her group mates ignores her, or just went on patrols. It was nice having someone who seemed so...genuinely concerned for her. She shakes her head. "No, there's nothing else I need. Thank you."

"Yeah, well that's her problem." Xavier huffs, glancing at her. "Now what do you want Iris? I'm going hunting. So if that's not on your list ofexciting endeavors for the day, I suggest you go back to camp." He snorts, pulling out two of his throwing knives.

Amelia sighs watching her go. "Stupid Kianna." She grumbles and begins heading back to camp, not in the mood to follow the girl, when that would probably end up with the two of them arguing more. She looks up st the trees overhead as she walks, growing bored of the lack of excitement in her life .

Sacha chuckles, shaking her head in amusement. "How does tomorrow night sound?" She asks, deciding that would be a safe night. "We can go to dinner, see a movie...something like that I guess..." she frowns, realizing how little experience she had in the dating realm to begin with. And what do I think of Selena...do I like girls? I like guys for sure...but if I didn't like girls wouldn't I be more freaked about this date?

Selena's face sunk into her hands as she let out a groan of embarrassment.
"Yes, I have a crush on you. I've liked you for the past two years or something. I've driven myself crazy thinking about you," She said in a small spree, before taking a breath, "Was it really that obvious?"
She didn't think she had been that obvious. She had tried to be discrete with her stares, and the way she always perked up when Sacha arrived in camp.

Sacha shrugs. "Not really. I mean I noticed a few things, like when I come back into camp and you fuss over me, like with my shoulder." She then blinks . "Two years and you never told me?! Selena...did you really think I'd react that horribly that you had to hide this from me?" She sighs heavily. "Guess I have to work on my peoples skills..." she mumbles then looks firmly st Selena. "You should have come to me sooner. Saved yourself all this stress and anxiety. Also yes. I will go on a date with you, if that's what you want to use your favor on."

Sacha blinks. "Ask me out...? Oh so when you..." her face turns red. "I uhhh." Sacha groans. "I don't think it would be appropriate for me to uhh..." she gives Selena a pained look. "Do you have a crush on me Selena...is that what you're trying to say?"

Fabine rolls his eyes. "Yeah that's true, I would." He kisses her back, putting his arms around her once more. He then pulls away. "How about this. No more talking for ten minutes? Seems to just always end up ruining...this for us both."

Sacha listens to Selena before laughing, shaking her head, a bit amused. "No, no Selena. I could never hate you. Besides, I take that as a compliment." She smiles warmly at the other girl. "Look, I honestly don't care what anyone in my group is. That's their own business and if they feel the need to tell me, fine." She shrugs and chuckles. "Thank you for telling me."

Xavier sighs. "I was teasing her, trying to poke fun at her. But of course she took it too far." He rolls his eyes with a huff. "Yeah I deserved it, but not as far as I think she wanted to take it." He rolls his eyes "she needs a guy in her life. Maybe then shed calm down." He grumbles and begins walking again, this time towards the river.

Xavier chuckles as he sees her. "Surprised you actually followed me." He comments, rubbing his neck. "Thanks for trying to stand up for me Iris." He says, sticking his hands in his pockets. He didn't know the girl well, but from what he had seen of her, she was more reasonable than most Broms in their group.
