My sheet/application may not be in for a little while longer. It's turning out the be rather fluff-filled, so it's taking a while to write.
Alright, that all sounds good, thanks. I'll get to researching and the like right away.
I think that I've decided to go with this RP along with PoW. Anyway, before I start faction-crafting, could anyone give me a rough idea of what population, land, and tech level are to be at in this RP? Also, what is the state of the environment itself? Is it a more realistic TLOU-like setting with overgrown structures and the like or a more desolate Fallout-esque landscape with little arable land?
Dangit, why have so many promising NRPs popped up as of late? This is the sort of RP I did on the Bethesda (Fallout in particular) Forums but without the baggage of Fallout canon, which sounds great. With that said, I've expressed my interest for a few RPs lately, and will probably only be able to work two at once, leaving me one open slot and multiple options.

Anyway, consider me interested, despite the fact that I may not be able to participate.

I want to see you Finish your Denmark sheet for PoW first.

Exactly my thinking. I'm going to give it a while and see how fast-paced PoW turns out before I considering joining another RP.
I think that I may be a little to busy right now, but I'll just pop in to say that this looks like a rather fun RP. If I ever get more time, expect a general's sheet. For now I'll content myself with reading some posts and longing to participate.

Nordics ftw!

Certainly. I'm looking forward to bringing Scandinavia back to a state of significance within the 'modern' world. They seem to be in quite an interesting position at the moment, and I'm excited to see what can be done with it.

In regards to EvanCats's most recent post, I must ask myself what I'm getting into :P
I'm still working on my Denmark sheet. An English paper delayed it a bit, but it should still come in before too long.
If you don't mind me taking a while to make a sheet (as I'm currently working on another RP sheet), I'd love to join this. I'm thinking that The Pure Kingdom Upon the Heavans would be fun to RP, though I'd be willing to take the helm of a more essential nation (I believe the US and Japan were previously deemed paramount) if that is what is needed to get this RP started.
The Dutch Carribean (Suriname and some relatively small islands in the Antilles), not the Dutch Pacific. As for the reasoning behind the conflict, Denmark still has it's territory in the Caribbean (now the US Virgin Islands IRL) as the divergence of PoW in history happened before the Danes sold the Danish West Indies to the United States, and I wasn't planning on having them sold in this alternate timeline. As a result, relatively soon after the end of the Great War, with many of Europe's powers focussed on recuperating and rebuilding rather than protecting smaller nations and their colonial empires, Denmark would have declared war on the Netherlands to 'protect Danish interests in the West Indies and bring stability to the region'. Basically, the government would have declared that Dutch ships had entered Danish waters (in the West Indies) multiple times (a claim which was mostly unfounded and overexaggerated by the government for political and casus belli means) and that Suriname was experiencing political turmoil as a result of the onset of the Great Depression and the world-wide separatist/independence movements of the era in regards to colonies. Truthfully, they just wanted the revenue from the rubber, bauxite, gold and tourism of the area.

It's not really a big deal, and I could certainly do without Suriname and a few islands if necessary, but I don't see this as too much of a canon or logic-breaking action.
