This is your second warning, Nex. I've told you before, stop personally attacking other members of this RP. Do it again, and I kick you out.

But I like spicy foods.

Also, Peppermint, wouldn't that Star Wars last supper be better if Emperor Palpatine were in Jesus' spot, and Darth Vader were in Judas' spot?
Late, but guns should be phased out of the US slowly. Banning anything more deadly than an air rifle should be the ultimate goal, but there are too many guns on the market right now, and banning them all would result in a huge amount of guns in the hands of criminals and nutters.

School shootings are only 1% of all gun deaths. Tell that to a mother whose son was killed in one of them.

I feel obligated to mention that I have started the process of creating a stat based NRP based off of WiR (thank you Outcast) that is the Age of Exploration with a twist...Just throwing that out there. If anyone can help me with stats/game dynamics/technical mechanics, PM me please. It starts in 1492...EDIT: Robert E. Lee should get his own Polandball just for this game...

Funny, I already have a stat-based game. The stats work very well, but the core gameplay and diplomacy/trade need work. PM whatcha need help with, specifically?
Poast happened twice. Disregard.
Psh, the Boers are boorish bores. It's all about mighty Ragusa and Luxembourg.

What are your thoughts on Russia?

It's tough to say. I think Russia has a decent army sublevel, so even if they threw nothing but conscripts at the enemy, they're still likely to come out on top against whatever they're facing. No matter what the war's outcome, Russia isn't going to get a bad deal at the end.

This is why I said Johnny Turk should have been shoring up his land defences. The Allies' major ploy should be holding out long enough for the cavalry to arrive, so to speak, and while investing in a big navy accomplishes his long-term goals, it's a terrible idea given the current war situation, unless he's got some sort of secret plan he's sniggering about behind everyone's back.
Not sure if there's an official name for either alliance, so I'm going to call the Prussia-Russia-Italy-Netherlands-Greece-Spain alliance PRINGS, and the French-Austria-British-Ottoman alliance FABO.

As strong as the PRINGS alliance are, all France and GB have to do is hold off Spain, and neutralize the Dutch as a threat before lending aid and a naval blockade against the Prussians. After having gone through the slog of having to mow down wave after wave of Austria's infantry, the Prussians will likely collapse against the combined might of three major powers bearing down on them. The Italians don't have the manpower or hardcore strength to wage a long-term offensive, so unless they can score a quick offensive victory, they're looking at shoring up Venezia and Milan for most of the war.

Really, the FABO have this war in the bag if they can hold out long enough to have their forces offer a united front against their enemies. Total victory need not be a goal, just a delay long enough that the enemy bleeds too much to wage an offensive war. For the PRINGS to win; a quick, decisive offensive early on in multiple fronts will be necessary, as well as keeping the FABO disunited. The advantage is heavily on their side early on, but I think a single major defeat in an offensive will be enough to turn the tide to something less one-sided.

But, this of course assumes that Austria and the Ottomans are devoting their full attention to staving off their main enemies. Investing in a huge navy was probably a bad call for Johnny Turk: the combined French and British navies make the force redundant, and that money could have been better spent shoring up defences and recruiting soldiers. Austria will have to pick up the slack, and be willing to conscript a metric shit-tonne of cannon fodder.
Our conversation is over, but three more people need to post. If they don't post within the next week, I think I need to call this dead for a bit before rebooting it.
Hm, I'd have to mull it over. Egypt would be at the centre of conflict, but Persia has the whole middle east to expand into. Portugal could. . . well, wait, what makes Portugal so important? Seems like all they have to look forward to is an ass-kicking by Spain.
I'd probably take Egypt if those were the options, because Mamluks, but just out of curiosity, what of Bavaria and Persia?
